Abstract
本实用新型公开一种防水透气鞋，其包括有一体成形的鞋体，其内侧面以非车缝的方式结合有内里层，内里层可提供吸湿、缓冲的功能，鞋体外侧底面以热压或以黏胶的方式结合有鞋底，因此，本实用新型结构简单，可减少制作成本，且该鞋体为一体成形，可避免雨水由车缝线处进入鞋内，亦可加快生产速度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鞋子的制法及构造，尤指一种防水透气鞋。
背景技术
请参考中国台湾专利公告号第M432295号，以及图3及图4所示，现有防水透气鞋包括一鞋身50、一中底60、一鞋套70、一黏贴布80以及一大底90，其中，该鞋身50为拼接车缝而成，该中底60设置在该鞋身50内，且以该鞋套70套设该中底60并穿入该鞋身50内，该黏贴布80黏接在该鞋套70底面以及该大底90之间，该鞋套70为防水透气鞋套，借此可提供防水透气功能。
然而，现有防水透气鞋结构较为复杂，因此制作成本较高，且该鞋身50是以拼接车缝的方式制成，因此雨天时，有可能会产生雨水进入鞋内的疑虑，所述问题，实有改善的必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种防水透气鞋，解决现有防水透气鞋结构较为复杂、制作成本较高的问题。
为达上述目的，本实用新型提供一种防水透气鞋，其包括有：
一鞋体，其为一体成形；
一内里层，其以非车缝的方式结合于该鞋体的内侧面，例如以喷涂或贴合的方式结合于该鞋体的内侧面；以及
一鞋底，其以热压或以黏胶结合于该鞋体外侧底面。
借由上述的技术手段，本实用新型可达到的功效如下：由于本实用新型结构简单，因此制作成本可较低，且该鞋体为一体成形，除了可免除雨水由车缝线处进入鞋内的疑虑之外，亦可加快生产速度。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述，但不作为对本实用新型的限定。

具体实施方式
为能详细了解本实用新型的技术特征以及实用功效，并可依照说明书的内容来实施，兹进一步以如图式所示的较佳实施例，详细说明如后：
本实用新型所提出的防水透气鞋的较佳实施例如图1所示，其包括一鞋体10、一内里层20以及一鞋底30，其中：
该鞋体10为一体成形，该鞋体10的表面可为光滑面、雾面或是具有纹路；
该内里层20以非车缝的方式结合于该鞋体10内侧面，例如：该内里层20可以以喷涂或是贴合的方式结合于该鞋体10，该内里层20可为软质的编织布或是不织布，以提供本实用新型吸湿、保暖与吸震的功能；
该鞋底30以热压结合或是以黏胶结合的方式结合于该鞋体10外侧底面，该鞋底30提供本实用新型耐磨、防震、吸音、增高以及美观等功能，且本实用新型结构简单，可减少制作成本，另外，本实用新型本身不具车缝线，可免除雨水由车缝线处进入鞋内的疑虑；
其中，该鞋体10可为PU（聚氨酯）、NR（天然橡胶）、NBR（丁腈橡胶）、Neoprene（氯丁橡胶）、PVA（聚乙烯醇）、Viton（氟橡胶）或是PVC（聚氯乙烯）所制成，其中，PU可防水透气，NR可耐磨、耐酸碱，NBR可耐磨、耐切割，Neoprene可耐候、耐海水，PVA可耐磨、耐切割、耐有机溶剂，Viton可耐酸碱、耐化学药剂，PVC易染色或印刷且成本较低，因此，该鞋体10可看使用者的需求，以选择不同功能的材料。
本实用新型的制法可参考图2所示，其包括有：
制备模具：模具呈脚掌形状，且可依据不同使用者订制不同尺寸的模具，模具表面可以为雾面、光滑面或是具有纹路；
含浸加工：将模具浸泡于胶料中，使胶料附着于模具表面，胶料可为PU、NR、NBR、Neoprene、PVA、Viton或是PVC；
胶料干燥：将模具表面的胶料干燥熟成，使胶料在模具表面成膜为一体成形的鞋体，且鞋体表面可成形出和膜具表面相匹配的结构；
内里结合：将内里层结合于鞋体；
脱模反转：将结合有内里层的鞋体由模具上剥离并反转，使内里层位于内侧、鞋体位于外侧；以及
鞋底结合：将鞋底结合于鞋体底面。
当然，本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例，在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下，熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形，但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种防水透气鞋，其特征在于，其包括有：
一鞋体，其为一体成形；
一内里层，其以喷涂或贴合的方式结合于该鞋体的内侧面；以及一鞋底，其以热压或以黏胶结合于该鞋体外侧底面。
