背景技术
中国专利局授权公告号于CN1142618C；CN100583571C的漏电插头，都能起到地线PE带电造成的触电保护，在一般情况下满足了安全用电的要求，但还存在以下缺点：1.漏电流不稳定保护地线PE上的漏电流与相线L的漏电流互相影响，2.设有二套漏电检测放大电路，从而增加了功耗、增加了产品成本、同时使线路板设计复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决上述的缺陷，达到节能、节财，稳定可靠安全的目的。
本实用新型提供一种新的单相三插漏电插头，包括插头、脱扣机构、脱扣电路3、电源1、漏电集成电路2、穿在相线L和中性线N上的零序电流互感器HL1，所述的插头与脱扣机构连接，脱扣机构与脱扣电路3相联，脱扣电路3与漏电集成电路2相联，漏电集成电路2与穿在相线L和中性线N上的零序电流互感器HL1相联，电源1的输入端连接到相线L和中性线N上，电源1输出端与漏电集成电路2、脱扣电路3相联，其特征是一种新的单相三插漏电插头，所述的穿在保护地线PE上的铁心T1与穿在相线L和中性线N上的零序电流互感器HL1相联。
本实用新型进一步设置的穿在保护地线PE上的铁心T1次级绕组于1圈。
其中穿在保护地线PE上的铁心T1次级绕组一端，穿过穿在相线L和中性线N上的零序电流互感器HL1与穿在保护地线PE上的T1次级绕组的另一端闭合串联。

如图1所示，一种新的单相三插漏电插头，包括插头、脱扣机构、脱扣电路、电源、漏电集成电路、零序电流互感器和穿在保护地线上的铁心，所述的插头与脱扣机构相联，脱扣机构与脱扣电路相联，脱扣电路与漏电集成电路相联，漏电集成电路与零序电流互感器相联，穿在保护地线上的铁心与零序电流互感器用导线各绕1圈闭合串联一起，
当设备本身出现漏电时，单相三插漏电插头按正常的漏电功能跳闸断电保护。
，当保护地线PE带电所引起设备外壳带电，此时人触摸设备外壳时，漏电流通过穿在保护地线PE上的铁心T1产生感应电流，此感应电流传递到零序电流互感器HL1上，使零序电流互感器HL1产生一漏电信号，单相三插漏电插头跳闸断电保护人身安全。

1.一种新的单相三插漏电插头，包括插头、脱扣机构、脱扣电路(3)、电源(1)、漏电集成电路(2)、穿在相线(L)和中性线(N)上的零序电流互感器(HL1)，所述的插头与脱扣机构连接，脱扣机构与脱扣电路(3)相联，脱扣电路(3)与漏电集成电路(2)相联，漏电集成电路(2)与穿在相线(L)和中性线(N)上的零序电流互感器(HL1)相联，电源(1)的输入端连接到相线(L)和中性线(N)上，电源(1)输出端与漏电集成电路(2)、脱扣电路(3)相联，其特征是一种新的单相三插漏电插头，所述的穿在保护地线(PE)上的铁心(T1)与穿在相线(L)和中性线(N)上的零序电流互感器(HL1)相联。
