背景技术
在锻造技术领域，经常需要将大尺寸毛坯材料切割成需要的尺寸和形状，而剁刀作为切割设备在锻造过程中使用频率非常高，且在使用过程中需要接触近千度高温并承受高应力，因此剁刀刃比较容易损坏。目前锻造领域使用的剁刀大部分是整体式的，刀体和砧座连接在一起无法分离，当刀体部分损坏需要更换时，就必须将整个剁刀全部废弃，从而造成巨大的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，改变了现有剁刀的整体式结构，解决刀体更换时，整个剁刀必须全部废弃的缺陷。
为了实现发明目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是，一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，包括有底座、刀架及刀体，刀架固定在底座上，刀体以可拆卸方式固定在刀架上。
本实用新型的特征还在于，刀架上具有凹槽结构，凹槽槽底及两端内侧设置有连续的卡槽，刀体两端连接有固定板，刀体底部及两端镶嵌在卡槽内并通过固定板固定在刀架上。
进一步，刀架两端顶部设置有螺栓安装孔，固定板通过螺栓固定在刀架上。
进一步，刀架两端设置有起吊栓。
进一步，刀体两端上部设置有起吊钩。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型在频繁使用后，刀体需要更换时，可将刀体单独拆下来更换，避免将整个剁刀整体废弃而造成浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
本实用新型提供一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，如图1所示，包括有底座1、刀架2及刀体3，刀架2固定在底座1上，刀体3以可拆卸方式固定在刀架2上。
具体实施时，如图2所示，底座1与刀架2为整体结构，刀架2为一个“U”形凹槽结构，凹槽槽底及两端内侧设置有连续的卡槽4，刀体3可从上方竖直插入卡槽4当中。同时，刀体3两端连接有固定板5，刀体3插入卡槽4后，固定板5正好落在刀架2两端顶部，刀架2两端顶部设置有若干螺栓安装孔6，采用螺栓7将固定板5固定在刀架2上。通过将刀体3插入卡槽4并用螺栓7固定能够使刀体3更好抵抗弯曲应力和冲击应力。锻造工作开始前，将钢绳套在刀架2两端的起吊栓8上，采用行车或其他起重设备将剁刀吊至锻压机的锻锤下方，坯体放在剁刀的刀体3上并用夹持设备固定住，在锻锤的不断冲压作用下，剁刀完成对坯体的切割。坯体锻造时的温度通常在1000℃左右，因而剁刀经常工作在高温环境下，另外由于剁刀使用频繁，在高温和高应力作用下，刀体3损坏非常快，在使用一段时间后就需要更换。本实用新型刀体3与刀架2为可拆卸连接结构，更换前将固定板5上的螺栓7取下，采用行车或起重机通过起吊钩9将刀体3取下并更换新的刀体3。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，其特征在于，所述刀架(2)上具有凹槽结构，凹槽槽底及两端内侧设置有连续的卡槽(4)，所述刀体(3)两端连接有固定板(5)，刀体(3)底部及两端镶嵌在卡槽(4)内并通过固定板(5)固定在刀架(2)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，其特征在于，所述刀架(2)两端顶部设置有螺栓安装孔(6)，固定板(5)通过螺栓(7)固定在刀架(2)上。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的任意一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，其特征在于，所述刀架(2)两端设置有起吊栓(8)。
5.如权利要求5所述的一种大型锻件切割用剁刀，其特征在于，所述刀体(3)两端上部设置有起吊钩(9)。
