本实用新型涉及粉面生产线中的蒸煮机。 
背景技术
在粉面生产中，为了提高粉面丝条的糊化度，需要经过至少一道熟化工序。现有的蒸煮机是通过供给蒸汽喷射方式来调节蒸煮机箱体内的温度，但由于蒸汽经喷射离开蒸汽管后形成冷凝水，使得蒸煮机箱体内的湿度明显升高。如果开启蒸汽量少，湿度就低，但温度也低，粉面丝条的糊化度就低，则相当于蒸不熟粉面丝条；如果开启蒸汽量多，温度就高，粉面丝条的糊化度就高，但湿度也高，就会使粉面丝条产生黏联的不良现象。因此，无法单独的控制蒸煮机箱体内的温度和湿度，会影响粉面的质量。 
发明内容
为了能够自动单独控制蒸煮机箱体内的温度和湿度，本实用新型提供了一种自动独立温湿控制粉丝面丝蒸煮机。 
为达到上述目的，自动独立温湿控制粉丝面丝蒸煮机，包括箱体，在箱体上安装有封板，箱体内设有输送带；在箱体上安装有蒸汽换热器及加湿器，蒸汽换热器上连接有安装在箱体内的蒸汽管，加湿器上连接有安装在箱体内的喷汽管；在箱体内安装有温度感应器和湿度感应器。 
作为改进，在蒸汽管上设有散热片。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在箱体内单独的设置了蒸汽换热器和喷汽管，并设置了温度感应器和湿度感应器，通过温度感应器和湿度感应器检测到蒸煮机箱体内的温度和湿度，一旦温度和湿度未达到蒸煮的需求，则可自动单独控制蒸汽换热器和加湿器工作，这样，就能灵活的控制蒸煮机箱体内的温度和湿度，以达到蒸煮的温度和湿度需求，因此，既能提高粉面丝条的糊化度，又能使粉面丝条不黏联。由于设置了散热片，从而增加了散热面积，则能提高蒸煮机箱体内的温度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。 
如图1和图2所示，自动独立温湿控制粉丝面丝蒸煮机包括箱体1，在箱体上安装有封板，在箱体内设有输送带2。在箱体内设有蒸汽管3和喷汽管4，在蒸汽管3上设有散热片，以提高散热面积，提高箱体内的温度；在箱体内安装有蒸汽换热器和加湿器，蒸汽换热器通过温度控制阀与蒸汽管3相连接，所述的加湿器通过湿度控制阀5与喷汽管4连接。在箱体内安装有控制器，控制器可以控制温度控制阀和湿度控制阀。控制器上连接有安装在箱体内的温度感应器和湿度感应器，控制器上还连接有安装在箱体内的温度计6和湿度计7，通过温度计6和湿度计7可以直观的读取出温度和湿度。在箱体上还安装有热风循环装置8和排湿装置9。 
在本实施方式中，通过温度感应器和湿度感应器能分别的检测到箱体内的温度和湿度，并将检测的信号传输到控制器中，通过控制器控制温度控制阀和湿度控制阀来控制蒸煮机箱体内的温度和湿度，这样，就可以实现自动单独控温和控湿的目的，因此，既能提高糊化度，又能使粉面不黏联，从而提高了粉面产品的质量。

1.自动独立温湿控制粉丝面丝蒸煮机，包括箱体，在箱体上安装有封板，箱体内设有输送带；其特征在于：在箱体内安装有蒸汽换热器及加湿器，蒸汽换热器上连接有安装在箱体内的蒸汽管，加湿器上连接有安装在箱体内的喷汽管；在箱体内安装有温度感应器和湿度感应器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动独立温湿控制粉丝面丝蒸煮机，其特征在于：在蒸汽管上设有散热片。
