本实用新型涉及一种缓冲器，尤其涉及一种用于压力表的缓冲器。
背景技术
    由于液体分子间的距离很小，因此当液体承受很大的压力的时候，其体积变化也很小。给水系统上的压力受到各种因素的影响，压力波动幅度大、频率高，不但使得给水系统的压力表观察较困难，而且压力表的寿命也较短，需要频繁更换压力表，现有的压力表用缓冲器，结构复杂，制造成本高且使用效果也不理想。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处，本实用新型提供了一种压力表缓冲器。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种压力表缓冲器，包括封板和隔板，封板和隔板均为两块，两块封板和两块隔板平行排列；两块隔板的两侧各设置有一个封板；封板和隔板的两侧分别设置有一个钢管；
两块隔板上各设置有一个阻尼孔；两块封板，一个上面设置有压力表，另一个和压力表导管相连接；压力表导管上设置有一个阀门。
本实用新型结构简单、设计科学合理，可以更好的缓冲压力表所受到的压力，更加有效的起到了保护压力表的作用，使用效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型主要包括压力表1、封板2、隔板3、阻尼孔4、钢管5、压力表导管6和阀门7。
封板2和隔板3均为两块，两块封板2和两块隔板3平行排列；两块隔板3的两侧各设置有一个封板2；封板2和隔板3的两侧分别设置有一个钢管5。两块隔板3上各设置有一个阻尼孔4，两个阻尼孔对称排布。两块封板，一个上面设置有压力表，另一个和压力表导管6相连接；压力表导管6上设置有一个阀门7。
安装时，先将缓冲器内的水倒掉，然后缓冲器的下部与压力测点的导管相连，缓冲器的上部安装压力表，最后开启压力表导管的阀门。阀门开启后，压力表导管和缓冲器内的空气被压缩并储存在缓冲器的上部。当波动的压力信号经导管传至缓冲器是，由于缓冲器内两块隔板上的阻尼孔的节流阻尼作用，以及缓冲器上部压缩空气的缓冲作用，压力表接受的压力信号，其波动幅度和频率大幅度的得到下降，至此压力表的工作条件得到大大改善，也大大的延长了压力表的使用寿命，也有利用能源节约。

所述两块隔板上各设置有一个阻尼孔；所述两块封板，一个上面设置有压力表，另一个和压力表导管相连接；所述压力表导管上设置有一个阀门。
