本实用新型涉及剪力墙结构技术领域,尤其是钢板剪力墙技术领域。
背景技术
钢板剪力墙是一种新型的抗侧力构件,能够为结构提供较好的侧向刚度、抗剪强度和抗震延性。钢板剪力墙可以充分发挥钢材延展性好、耗能能力强的特点,因而具有出色的抗震性能,是一种具有广阔发展前景的高层、超高层抗侧力构件。但现有的钢板剪力墙均为平板结构,其宽厚比大,存在局部屈曲荷载低、刚度下降快等缺陷,尤其在水平剪力较大的作用下,钢板剪力墙会出鼓屈等局部屈曲破坏,导致钢板剪力墙整体承载能力下降。 此外,钢板剪力墙作为抗侧力构件,与传统的混凝土剪力墙相比,厚度很小,保温隔声性能差,而采用常规的增加保温隔声层的方式又会导致墙体厚度增加,削弱了钢板剪力墙厚度小的使用优势。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种抗侧力能力强、屈曲荷载高、不易产生鼓曲、又具有较好的保温隔声性能的保温隔声波纹加劲钢板剪力墙。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案实现。
一种保温隔声波纹加劲钢板剪力墙,包括凹槽直立且凹槽为燕尾槽的波纹钢板、内嵌于燕尾槽中的梯形隔热隔声条。
本实用新型所述隔热隔声条采用保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意一种制做,或采用保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意两种或者三种间隔设置或叠层设置。
本实用新型由于采用了燕尾槽型波纹板,使墙体的实际厚度有所增加,可有效减小钢板的宽厚比,提高钢板屈曲荷载和刚度,防止钢板剪力墙出鼓屈,确保钢板剪力墙整体承载能力。燕尾槽型波纹板采用波纹式加劲方式,燕尾槽底面构成的内外两个平面组成了钢板剪力墙的外钢板墙组和内钢板墙组,外钢板墙组利用板组效应给内钢板墙组提供支撑约束作用。内嵌于燕尾槽中的隔热隔声条充分利用了加劲空间来增加了钢板墙的隔热和隔声效果,不会额外增加占用空间,还可进一步提高钢板剪力墙的整体强度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型所述的保温隔声波纹加劲钢板剪力墙由波纹钢板1和内嵌于波纹钢板凹槽内的隔热隔声条2构成。波纹钢板的凹槽1a形状为燕尾槽,内嵌于燕尾槽中的隔热隔声条2为梯形,装入燕尾槽后可形成自卡效应,自动形成良好的固定连接。波纹钢板燕尾槽底面构成的内外两个平面组成了钢板剪力墙的外钢板墙组1b和内钢板墙组1c,外钢板墙组利用板组效应给内板墙组提供支撑约束作用。隔热隔声条2可采用目前建筑行业通用的保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意一种制做,或采用保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意两种或者三种间隔设置或叠层设置。隔热材料如聚苯乙烯泡沫或其他同类材料,吸音材料如吸音棉或其他同类材料,隔音材料如隔音毡或其他同类材料等。可采用使用本实用新型时,凹槽及隔热隔声条呈直立状态。

1. 一种保温隔声波纹加劲钢板剪力墙,其特征在于,包括凹槽(1a)直立且凹槽为燕尾槽的波纹钢板(1)、内嵌于燕尾槽中的梯形隔热隔声条(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声波纹加劲钢板剪力墙,其特征在于,所述隔热隔声条(2)采用保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意一种制做,或采用保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料中的任意两种或者三种间隔设置或叠层设置。
