背景技术
柴油非临氢反应器中通过的大部分是液体，液体进入反应器后通过分布器分配，以实现均布。柴油非临氢反应器中的分布器是一个箱体，该箱体是敞口的，靠液体自流分配，当反应器压力达到液化状态时，分布器处全是液体，不能沿着分流槽分流，使液体分布不均，造成偏流，影响到催化剂与反应液的均匀接触。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供柴油非临氢反应器汽液混合分布器，这种柴油非临氢反应器汽液混合分布器用于解决现有柴油非临氢反应器的分布器的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：这种柴油非临氢反应器汽液混合分布器是由进料总管、分支管、分支喷头构成的喷淋式分布器，分支管一方面与进料总管连接，另一方面，分支管的各分支出口处各安装有分支喷头；分支管与进料总管通过法兰连接，分支管的各分支出口与分支喷头通过法兰连接。
上述方案中分支管带有3-7个分支出口，分支喷头有3-7个。
上述方案中分支喷头的喷射面积大于分支喷头进口管截面积，且小于2倍的进料总管截面积。

如图1所示，这种柴油非临氢反应器汽液混合分布器是由进料总管1、分支管2、分支喷头3构成的喷淋式分布器，分支管2一方面与进料总管1连接，另一方面，分支管2的各分支出口处各安装有分支喷头3，分支管2可以设计为有3-7个分支出口，分支喷头3有3-7个，每个分支出口各连接一个分支喷头3，分支管2的分支出口个数和分支喷头3的个数，依据反应器进行调配。分支喷头3均布有圆孔5，各圆孔5的直径可以设计为3毫米，并且分支喷头3的喷射面积大于分支喷头进口管截面积，且小于2倍的进料总管1截面积，也就是说分支喷头3的喷射面积不能大于两个进料总管1的截面积之和。
本实用新型中分支管2与进料总管1通过法兰4连接，分支管2的各分支出口与分支喷头3通过法兰4连接，具体为，进料总管1的出口端外边缘设计有一圈外檐，外檐上均匀设置有螺孔；分支管2的入口端、分支管2的各分支出口端也同样带有一圈外檐，外檐上均匀设置有螺孔；分支喷头3的入口端也同样带有一圈外檐，外檐上均匀设置有螺孔，这样就实现了分支管2与进料总管1、分支管2与分支喷头3可拆卸地安装在一起，即便于拆卸安装，又便于维修。
本实用新型安装在柴油非临氢反应器6内，结构简单，分布效果好，提高了柴油非临氢反应器的效率。
