技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种植入件,尤其涉及一种防滑稳固、安全可靠、生物相容性高的植入件。
背景技术
现有的人体植入件多采用金属、合金、生物陶瓷、医用硅胶等材料,存在结构单一、表面光滑、硬度高、仿真度不高等缺点。植入件植入人体后,在重力的作用下,植入件容易向下滑动,严重时造成穿透皮肤的后果。
 目前,要解决植入件滑动的问题,临床上主要采用设置凹槽或增加接触面摩擦的方法。但这两种方法均存在一定弊端,技术要求高且容易失效。因此,亟需研制一种能有效防滑、稳定固位、安全可靠的植入件。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种防滑稳固、安全可靠、生物相容性高的植入件。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:防滑植入件由本体、多孔钽结构和羟基磷灰石涂层组成;所述羟基磷灰石涂层附着于所述本体外表面;所述本体带有凹槽,所述凹槽中填充有所述多孔钽结构。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述多孔钽结构孔隙率在30%与70%之间。
    作为对本技术方案的改进,所述本体为钛金属制成。
    与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,能有效地防止植入件滑动,实现稳定固位,增强了植入件的安全可靠性,提高了其生物相容性,提升了植入件的使用性能。

所述多孔钽结构2孔隙率优选30%与70%之间。
出于力学强度的考虑,所述本体1材料优选钛金属。
植入件在普通的凹槽式设计基础上,在凹槽中填充了多孔钽结构,多孔钽结构具有很强的生物相容性,能更好地引导人体组织生长进入凹槽,在结构上实现防滑固位,增强了安全可靠性能。羟基磷灰石涂层进一步加强了生物相容性。高生物相容性也能有效促进植入件与人体融合,使植入件具有更强的使用性能。

1.一种防滑植入件,其特征在于:所述防滑植入件由本体(1)、多孔钽结构(2)和羟基磷灰石涂层(3)组成;所述羟基磷灰石涂层(3)附着于所述本体(1)外表面;所述本体(1)带有凹槽(4),所述凹槽(4)中填充有所述多孔钽结构(2)。
2.  如权利要求1所述的防滑植入件,其特征在于:所述多孔钽结构(2)孔隙率在30%与70%之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防滑植入件,其特征在于:所述本体(1)为钛金属制成。
