技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种ICU综合治疗吊架。    
背景技术
目前，临床护士对ICU病人在无禁忌症的情况下输液时，通常应将床头抬高30度，其不足是：由于手部一直处于低位，再加上约束带的使用，病人经常会出现手部肿胀的现象。现有ICU电动综合治疗吊架不具有抬高手部的功能，不利于上肢的血液循环。
另外在临床监护和治疗中，医护人员常常要关注患者的体温变化情况，传统的体温测量采用水银球体温计，频繁采用这种测量方式会给医护人员和患者带来很多不便，因此很难做到实时监控患者体温，一旦出现患者的体温异常却没有得到及时发现和处理的情况，将可能危及到患者的健康。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种ICU综合治疗吊架，能够有效促进患者血液循环，防止患者手部肿胀，并且具有检测患者体温的功能，以克服现有ICU电动综合治疗吊架的缺陷。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用过的技术方案如下：
ICU综合治疗吊架，包括通过横梁相连接的湿区吊箱和干区吊箱，其特征在于：在所述湿区吊箱上铰接有支撑架，支撑架的外端铰接有活动连杆，活动连杆上铰接有输液吊杆，在所述活动连杆上还通过阻尼器连接有手托架，所述手托架上设置有弧形垫和橡胶约束带。
所述干区吊箱上设置有温度监控器，所述温度监控器通过导线连接有温度传感器，在所述温度监控器内设有控制器，所述控制器的输出端连接有显示屏、喇叭、提示灯；在所述导线上还设置有贴片。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：
病人能够将输液的手方便地放置在弧形垫上，抬高了手部位置，有效地促进了上肢的血液循环，防止手部肿胀。
另外，增加了体温测量与监控装置，能够实时监控患者体温，具有使用方便，易于固定，使用舒适等特点。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括通过横梁1相连接的湿区吊箱2和干区吊箱3，在所述湿区吊箱2上铰接有支撑架4，支撑架4的外端铰接有活动连杆5，活动连杆5上铰接有输液吊杆6，在所述活动连杆5上还通过阻尼器连接有手托架7，所述手托架7上设置有弧形垫和橡胶约束带。
在所述干区吊箱3上设置有温度监控器8，所述温度监控器8通过导线11连接有温度传感器9，在所述温度监控器8内设有控制器，所述控制器的输出端连接有显示屏12、喇叭13、提示灯。在所述导线11上还设置有贴片10。
输液时，将病人输液的手放置在手托架7的弧形垫上，以抬高病人手部，促进上肢的血液循环，消除肿胀，并利用橡胶约束带将上肢固定，防止脱针。
测试患者体温时，医护人员将温度传感器9放置在患者的腋窝处，并通过导线11上的贴片10固定在患者身上。患者的体温情况被温度传感器9探测到并生成信号，信号通过导线11传送至温度监控器8，医护人员能够随时通过监控器上的显示屏12观测到患者的体温情况，如果患者的体温超过正常值，温度监控器8上的提示灯开始闪亮，如果患者的体温继续升高，温度监控器8上的喇叭13可以发出提示音进一步提醒医护人员。

1.ICU综合治疗吊架，包括通过横梁（1）相连接的湿区吊箱（2）和干区吊箱（3），其特征在于：在所述湿区吊箱（2）上铰接有支撑架（4），支撑架（4）的外端铰接有活动连杆（5），活动连杆（5）上铰接有输液吊杆（6），在所述活动连杆（5）上还通过阻尼器连接有手托架（7），所述手托架（7）上设置有弧形垫和橡胶约束带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ICU综合治疗吊架，其特征在于：在所述干区吊箱（3）上设置有温度监控器（8），所述温度监控器（8）通过导线（11）连接有温度传感器（9），在所述温度监控器（8）内设有控制器，所述控制器的输出端连接有显示屏（12）、喇叭（13）、提示灯；在所述导线（11）上还设置有贴片（10）。
