一种装置水杯的壳体，包括有顶面开口、底面封闭的圆柱形壳体，其特征在于：所述圆柱形壳体的下方连接有与其连成一体的环形筒，所述环形筒的筒壁上设有开口，开口处铰接安装有门板，所述的门板与环形筒筒壁上分别安装有相互扣合的扣栓和卡块；所述圆柱形壳体的壳壁上从顶端向下延伸开设有一条形槽，条形槽供水杯的把手穿过。
所述圆柱形壳体上连接有手拎绳。
使用时，将杯子放置到圆柱形壳体内，杯子上的手柄正好对着条形槽内伸出，再将需要携带的药物放置在环形筒内，盖好门板，通过手拎绳拎着出门，方便实用。
