本实用新型包括蓄水桶、盛水盘和底座，在底座上安装盛水盘，在盛水盘上安装蓄水桶；在蓄水桶底部安装定时控水阀；在底座的外壁围绕固定荧光带。
使用时，使用者打开蓄水桶，向桶内倒入清水，然后设置定时控水阀的开启时间。当到达设定时间后，定时控水阀自动打开，蓄水桶内的水从控水阀流向盛水盘，供宠物饮水使用。由于控水阀采用定时开启设置，可避免一次性放水过多的问题，也可保持长久供水的效果。另外，荧光带在夜晚会发出淡淡光亮，便于人们观察，避免夜晚踩翻盛水盘。
