背景技术
目前在圆形端面焊电池制作流程中,窝极组工序在生产时采用的是手动窝极组,采用人海战术对此工序进行加工,费时费力,生产效率低,也不能很好的保证质量,影响电池性能一致性。

本实用新型旨在提供一种用于圆形电池窝极组的工具,实现窝极组工序自动化,提高生产效率。
本实用新型方案如下:
一种用于圆形电池窝极组的工具,整体呈圆柱体,圆柱体的其中一个端面均匀设置两组以上,凸出的由圆心向外渐开的部件,所述渐开部件具有一定的宽度和深度。
为了更好的达到窝极组效果,渐开部件的数量优选3~6组。
为了配合各种型号电池的窝极组,渐开部件的宽度选择0.3~2.0mm,深度选择3~15mm,随不同型号电池变化。
采用本实用新型的工具后,可以实现生产自动化,大大提高了电池窝极组工序的生产效率,同时提高了电池性能一致性。

一种用于圆形电池SC3000的窝极组的工具1,工具的总长L为69 mm,如图1所示,整体呈圆柱体状。在工具1的其中一个端面2上,均匀设置四组凸出的由圆心向外渐开的部件3,渐开部件的平面示意图如图2所示,部件3的宽度a为2mm。渐开部件3的深度为5mm。

1.一种用于圆形电池窝极组的工具,其特征在于:整体呈圆柱体,在圆柱体的其中一个端面均匀设置两组以上凸出的由圆心向外渐开的部件,所述渐开部件线具有一定的宽度和深度。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于圆形电池窝极组的工具,其特征在于:所述渐开部件优选3~6组。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于圆形电池窝极组的工具,其特征在于:所述渐开部件的宽度为0.3~2.0mm,深度为3~15mm。
