电缆通常是由几根或几组导线绞合成环形结构,整个环形结构外设有环形结构的包覆层。环形结构的电缆安装不方便,容易受到挤压变形,而相对环形结构的电缆而言,扁电缆安装更方便,且在芯线根数相同的情况下,其弯曲半径比圆形电缆更小。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温扁平控制电缆,其结构巧妙,将电缆的线芯设计为扁平结构,结构紧凑,且设有钢带增强了机械性能,方便安装,另外丁腈和氟塑料的材料提高了耐热性。

一种耐高温扁平控制电缆,包括多根镀锡铜线,其特征在于:所述的多根镀锡铜线平行排列在同一水平面上且两两组成一组外绕有包带,所述包带内两根镀锡铜线外分别包覆有丁腈绝缘层,所述多组镀锡铜线的包带外共同包覆有扁平结构的氟塑料内护套层,氟塑料内护套层外包覆有聚乙烯外护套层,所述聚乙烯外护套层内设有一层钢带,钢带包覆在氟塑料内护套层上。
所述的钢带上开有散热孔。
