本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐扭曲防水防白蚁柔性电缆,以解决现有技术中传统的电缆容易被白蚁啃咬,抗扭曲能力不足,不易弯折,防水性能不佳,长时间使用后容易受扭曲、弯折和渗水影响而导致电缆使用寿命缩短的问题。

如图1所示,一种耐扭曲防水防白蚁柔性电缆,包括有数组导体1,每组导体1外均包覆有绝缘层2并构成绝缘线芯,每根绝缘线芯外包覆有滑移层3,数根绝缘线芯绞合构成缆芯,缆芯外包覆有交叉编织构成的内护套4,内护套4外依次包覆有阻水带5、尼龙防护层6和外护套7,缆芯与内护套4之间设有填充层8。
导体1为镀锡软铜导体,滑移层3为低摩擦系数的高分子材料薄膜层,外护套7采用硅橡胶制成。
