背景技术
废旧橡胶粉再生的一个关键环节是对橡胶粉进行脱硫,目前用于常压连续脱硫系统的软化剂供给装置存在如下问题:
目前,软化剂供给装置采用顶部管道输出结构形式,罐体内纵向输送管道随着软化剂液面的下降,上部管道温度较低造成软化剂凝结形成堵塞。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供输送管道不易凝结的常压连续脱硫系统软化剂供给装置。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采取的技术方案是:
常压连续脱硫系统软化剂供给装置,包括罐体和泵室,其特征是:所述泵室设置在罐体下部的外壁上,且泵室与罐体连通;泵室内的泵通过管道一端通入罐体内,一端与输送管道连通。
所述泵室设置两个,一个备用,一个正常使用。

本实用新型采用罐体下部侧面设置泵室的结构,有效避免了从罐体顶部设置输出管道的结构所具有的缺点即纵向管道在罐体内露出液体的管道温度低容易造成软化剂凝结形成堵塞。且泵采用一用一备形式,在泵出现故障时,可以将影响降低到较小程度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,常压连续脱硫系统软化剂供给装置,包括罐体3和泵室4,其特点是:所述泵室4设置在罐体3下部的外壁上,且泵室4与罐体3连通;泵室内的泵5通过管道一端通入罐体内,一端与输送管道1连通。

工作过程及原理:
本实用新型工作时,搅拌加热后的软化剂注入到罐体3内,泵室4中的泵5通过管道将罐体3内的软化剂2送入输送管道1内,并经由输送管道通入橡胶粉搅拌装置中。当在用泵出现故障时,通过操作阀门,将故障泵室切除,并启用备用泵室。
