所述加热室通过设于脱水装置本体外侧的调整阀控制。
所述吸水海绵位于最高位置时与滤袋接触。
所述滤袋顶部设有滤袋封口。
所述滤袋由耐高温材质制成。

如图1所示，本实用新型的一种水雾化金属粉末脱水装置，包括脱水装置本体1，所述脱水装置本体1内部分成金属粉末室2、加热室3和储水室4，所述金属粉末室2内设有滤袋5，所述加热室3与脱水装置本体1内壁通过轴承6连接，所述加热室3内设有加热管3，所述加热管3一侧设有通孔8，所述加热管7另一侧设有吸水海绵9，所述储水室4底部设有排水管10，所述排水管10上设有控制阀门11，所述加热室3通过设于脱水装置本体1外侧的调整阀12控制，所述吸水海绵9位于最高位置时与滤袋5接触，所述滤袋5顶部设有滤袋封口13，所述滤袋5由耐高温材质制成，彻底蒸发金属粉末中的水分，不损失金属粉末，产品结构简单，设计合理，有利于提高经济效益，操作安全方便。
