一种电缆接头防水结构,属于埋地低压电缆接头的防火防潮结构。两个电缆电缆接头上从内到外依次设置有绝缘粘胶带缠绕层、石棉带缠绕层、环氧树脂涂层或绝缘清漆涂层、聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层以及热缩管。本新型采用石棉带防水、环氧树脂绝缘防潮、热缩管防水工艺,具有防水、防潮性能好,延长电缆接头的使用寿命,提高了安全性和可靠性。

本实用新型涉及电缆接头防水结构,特别是埋地低压电缆防潮结构。 
背景技术
地埋低压电缆中间接头一旦受潮,将会发生漏电、线损增加、危及安全等问题,高压电缆中间接头一般制作及材料较为规范,故障机率较小,但是低压电缆中间接头容易忽视,问题较多,部份故障时引起的间接损失较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防潮性能好的电缆接头防水结构。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种电缆接头防水结构,包括电缆接头、 聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层,两个电缆电缆接头上从内到外依次设置有绝缘粘胶带缠绕层、 石棉带缠绕层、 环氧树脂涂层或绝缘清漆涂层、 所述聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层以及热缩管。 
所述绝缘粘胶带缠绕层、石棉带缠绕层以及聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层均为2层以上。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、结构简单,加工成本低,便于推广使用。
2、本新型关键点是采用了石棉带防水,环氧树脂绝缘防潮、热缩管防水工艺。 
采用本工艺制作的电缆,能很好的延长了潮湿环境中电缆接头的使用寿命,较大程度上防止了由于接头故障带来的直接、间接损失,提高了安全性及可靠性。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种电缆接头防水结构,两个电缆电缆接头1上从内到外依次设置有绝缘粘胶带缠绕层2、 石棉带缠绕层3、 环氧树脂涂层或绝缘清漆涂层4、 聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层5以及热缩管6。绝缘粘胶带缠绕层2、石棉带缠绕层3以及聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层5均为2层以上(指2层和2层以上)。 
本实用新型的制作方案如下: 
1、电缆的每一根线单独用绝缘粘胶带叠绕两层或以上;
2、用石棉带叠绕两层;
3、用环氧树脂或绝缘清漆处理后并烘干或者晾干;
4、用聚氯乙烯绝缘带叠绕缠绕两层;
5、在最外层套上一层热缩管;
6、将电缆适当固定以免移动再次损坏。

1.一种电缆接头防水结构,包括,电缆接头(1)、聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层(5),其特征是,所述两个电缆电缆接头(1)上从内到外依次设置有绝缘粘胶带缠绕层(2)、石棉带缠绕层(3)、环氧树脂涂层或绝缘清漆涂层(4)、所述聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层(5)以及热缩管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆接头防水结构,其特征是,所述绝缘粘胶带缠绕层(2)、石棉带缠绕层(3)以及聚氯乙烯绝缘带缠绕层(5)均为2层以上。
