一种角度联动调整的光伏组件外墙安装支架群,包括丝杠,带座轴承,固定安装座,旋转轴,光伏组件,滑动安装座,铰接轴,连杆,立柱,大链轮,链条,电机安装座,电机,小链轮;丝杠和立柱的上下两端用带座轴承竖直固定在建筑外墙上;固定安装座安装在光伏组件的上端,通过旋转轴与光伏组件相连;滑动安装座与丝杠螺纹连接,另一端通过铰接轴与连杆的一端连接,连杆的另一端通过旋转轴与光伏组件的下端相连,电机通过电机安装座安装在一组光伏组件安装支架的丝杠上端附近,小链轮安装在其伸出轴上,大链轮安装在丝杠的上端;安装支架之间通过链条将大链轮联动起来,本实用新型结构设计简单、合理,能够有效的提高光伏组件的发电效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种角度联动调整的光伏组件外墙安装支架群。
背景技术
太阳能自动跟踪光伏发电系统是采用聚焦的方式将太阳光的光能密度大大提高400倍以上、可使太阳能电池转换效率提高,在小面积的单晶硅片上获得大的电流。跟踪过程当中就是要确保太阳光线与透镜的中轴线平行。但是正是由于其高倍聚光的作用,落在光伏电池上的光斑能量很强,因此聚焦式光伏发电系统的关键技术是精确跟踪太阳,其聚光比越大跟踪精度要求就越高,聚光比为400 时跟踪精度要求小于0.2。在一般情况下跟踪精度越高其结构就越复杂,造价就越高, 甚至造价高于光伏发电系统的光电池的总造价。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种角度联动调整的光伏组件外墙安装支架群,具有结构简单使用方便的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种角度联动调整的光伏组件外墙安装支架群,包括丝杠1,带座轴承2,固定安装座3,旋转轴4,光伏组件5,滑动安装座6,铰接轴7,连杆8,立柱9,大链轮10,链条11,电机安装座12,电机13,小链轮14;丝杠1和立柱9的上下两端用带座轴承2竖直固定在建筑外墙上;固定安装座3安装在光伏组件5的上端,通过旋转轴4与光伏组件5相连;滑动安装座6与丝杠1螺纹连接,另一端通过铰接轴7与连杆8的一端连接,连杆8的另一端通过旋转轴4与光伏组件5的下端相连,电机13通过电机安装座12安装在一组光伏组件安装支架的丝杠1上端附近,小链轮14安装在其伸出轴上,大链轮10安装在丝杠1的上端;安装支架之间通过链条11将大链轮10联动起来。
连杆8、丝杠1、光伏组件5构成一个三角支架形式。电机13通过小链轮14与丝杠1上部的大链轮10配合,电机13转动即可驱动滑动安装座6上升下降,通过连杆8从而驱动光伏组件5的角度调节。丝杠1中部为螺纹形式;立柱9为光轴形式。与丝杠1配合的滑动安装座6的中心为螺纹;与立柱9配合的滑动安装座6的中心为光孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构设计简单、合理,能够有效的提高光伏组件的发电效率。

如图1和2所示,本实用新型包括丝杠1,带座轴承2,固定安装座3,旋转轴4,光伏组件5,滑动安装座6,铰接轴7,连杆8,立柱9,大链轮10,链条11,电机安装座12,电机13,小链轮14;丝杠1和立柱9的上下两端用带座轴承2竖直固定在建筑外墙上;固定安装座3安装在光伏组件5的上端,通过旋转轴4与光伏组件5相连;滑动安装座6与丝杠1螺纹连接,另一端通过铰接轴7与连杆8的一端连接,连杆8的另一端通过旋转轴4与光伏组件5的下端相连。电机13通过电机安装座12安装在一组光伏组件安装支架的丝杠1上端附近,小链轮14安装在其伸出轴上,大链轮10安装在丝杠1的上端;安装支架之间通过链条11将大链轮10联动起来。

1.一种角度联动调整的光伏组件外墙安装支架群,其特征在于,包括丝杠(1),带座轴承(2),固定安装座(3),旋转轴(4),光伏组件(5),滑动安装座(6),铰接轴(7),连杆(8),立柱(9),大链轮(10),链条(11),电机安装座(12),电机(13),小链轮(14);丝杠(1)和立柱(9)的上下两端用带座轴承(2)竖直固定在建筑外墙上;固定安装座(3)安装在光伏组件(5)的上端,通过旋转轴(4)与光伏组件(5)相连;滑动安装座(6)与丝杠(1)螺纹连接,另一端通过铰接轴(7)与连杆(8)的一端连接,连杆(8)的另一端通过旋转轴(4)与光伏组件(5)的下端相连,电机(13)通过电机安装座(12)安装在一组光伏组件安装支架的丝杠(1)上端附近,小链轮(14)安装在其伸出轴上,大链轮(10)安装在丝杠(1)的上端;安装支架之间通过链条(11)将大链轮(10)联动起来。
