罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管,由罩玻璃管和嵌入罩玻璃管安装的内玻璃管制成,内玻璃管外表面真空溅射选择性吸收膜,其特征在于罩玻璃管内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内含有蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层。本实用新型的有益效果:在罩玻璃管内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内制作蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层,使得内玻璃管的辐射更多地被反射回内玻璃管表面,有效地降低了热损。在零下5℃以下环境温度下,可以将最高集热温度从60℃进一步明显提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管。 
背景技术
现有的全玻璃真空集热管,冬季也能提供50℃以上的热水。为了推广利用太阳能,需要开发更多的全玻璃真空集热元件。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:由罩玻璃管和嵌入罩玻璃管安装的内玻璃管,制成一支罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管。内玻璃管外表面真空溅射选择性吸收膜。罩玻璃管内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内制作蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层。 
还可以令所述蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层的厚度大于180纳米。 
还可以令内玻璃管偏心安装。 
本实用新型的有益效果:在罩玻璃管内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内制作蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层,使得内玻璃管的辐射更多地被反射回内玻璃管表面,有效地降低了热损。在零下5℃以下环境温度下,可以将最高集热温度从60℃进一步明显提高。

具体实施方式
图1和图2共同给出本实用新型的一个实施例。 
图1和图2中,由罩玻璃管1和嵌入罩玻璃管1安装的内玻璃管2在两端口融封连接后退火、上排气台烘烤抽真空并封离,制成一支罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管。内玻璃管2外表面真空溅射选择性吸收膜。罩玻璃管1内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内制作有蒸铝或者镀铝镜面3反光层。 
图1和图2实施例的工作原理:穿过罩玻璃管1的阳光,在内玻璃管2吸收膜上转变为热能,并通过内玻璃管2传导给内玻璃管2内腔的热媒,热媒再将热能进一步传递给负载。随着内玻璃管2表面温度比环境温度持续提高,从内玻璃管2表面辐射的热能也持续增加。由于罩玻璃管1内壁的蒸铝或者镀铝镜面3具有反射热辐射的能力,使得从内玻璃管2表面向外辐射的热能大部分被反射回到内玻璃管2的吸收膜上并被吸收,从而减少了热损,提高了集热效率。

1.罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管,由罩玻璃管和嵌入罩玻璃管安装的内玻璃管制成,内玻璃管外表面真空溅射选择性吸收膜,其特征在于罩玻璃管内壁不大于180度圆周角范围内含有蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管,其特征在于所述蒸铝或者镀铝镜面反光层的厚度大于180纳米。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的罩玻璃管内壁带半圆镜面的全玻璃真空集热管,其特征在于内玻璃管偏心安装。
