本实用新型涉及一种LED灯管罩。
背景技术
针对LED发散光线高度窄角集束的光学特性导致的眩光问题,本人发明的“一种LED低压灯管”中采用在LED发光板和灯管罩之间安装一块长条形凹透镜起发散光线的作用,有效解决了眩光问题,但是安装工序多,成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能取代长条形凹透镜又能起到其发散光线的作用,安装更简单,成本较低的LED灯管罩。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所述的一种LED灯管罩,用透明材料制作并做成长条形凹透镜的形式,其两边的槽卡与LED灯管型材的灯罩卡槽相配,LED灯管罩正对LED发光板的内表面做成镜面光度,其外表面做成磨砂面。
由于本实用新型的一种LED灯管罩同时起到了长条形凹透镜和灯管罩的双重作用,从而实现了安装更简单成本较低的目的。

如图所示,LED灯管罩1用透明材料制作,灯管罩槽卡2与LED灯管型材5上的灯管罩卡槽6相配,LED灯管罩1的内表面3做成镜面,LED灯管罩1的外表面4做成磨砂面。
