本实用新型涉及一种PVC管材,具体的说是一种PVC管耐压结构,包括由内层与外层组成的PVC管体,其特征在于:内层与外层之间设有一层耐压的尼龙网状层,还包括包覆在尼龙网状层外表面的保护层。本实用新型同现有技术相比,取消了钢丝作为耐压层,而采用尼龙最为PVC管的耐压层,不仅保持了原有的耐压效果,且尼龙的热彭涨系数更接近于PVC材质,避免了内部耐压材料将PVC材质剥离,且成本较低,适合于农村牧场地区使用。

本实用新型涉及一种PVC管材,具体的说是一种PVC管耐压结构。
背景技术
目前,公知的增强型PVC管包括有PVC管体和管体内的钢丝夹层,这种带钢丝夹层的PVC管有耐压的特点,但由于使用钢丝,其成本较高,且因钢丝与PVC材质的热彭涨系数曲线不重迭,在低温下容易产生钢丝将PVC材质剥离,从而导至管体破损。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种PVC管耐压结构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种PVC管耐压结构,包括由内层与外层组成的PVC管体,其特征在于:内层与外层之间设有一层耐压的尼龙网状层,还包括包覆在尼龙网状层外表面的保护层。
所述尼龙网状层包括经线和纬线,通过经线和纬线相互交织而成。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,取消了钢丝作为耐压层,而采用尼龙最为PVC管的耐压层,不仅保持了原有的耐压效果,且尼龙的热彭涨系数更接近于PVC材质,避免了内部耐压材料将PVC材质剥离,且成本较低,适合于农村牧场地区使用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括由内层1与外层2组成的PVC管体,内层1与外层2之间设有一层耐压的尼龙网状层3,还包括包覆在尼龙网状层3外表面的保护层4。如图2所示,尼龙网状层3包括经线4和纬线5,通过经线4和纬线5相互交织而成从而产生抗压效果。
同现有技术相比,取消了钢丝作为耐压层,而采用尼龙最为PVC管的耐压层,不仅保持了原有的耐压效果,且尼龙的热彭涨系数更接近于PVC材质,避免了内部耐压材料将PVC材质剥离,且成本较低,适合于农村牧场地区使用。

1.一种PVC管耐压结构,包括由内层与外层组成的PVC管体,其特征在于:内层与外层之间设有一层耐压的尼龙网状层,还包括包覆在尼龙网状层外表面的保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC管耐压结构,其特征在于:所述尼龙网状层包括经线和纬线,通过经线和纬线相互交织而成。
