一种包管条缝制定位器，包括有竖直设置的金属片和一根包边条，其特征在于：所述金属片的上、下两端分别向内侧弯折一道形成上、下布条过道，所述的包边条插入到金属片内且包边条的两端形成弯折从上、下布条过道内穿过，有管芯插入到金属片的上、下布条过道之间包裹在包边条内。
所述金属片上固定焊接有安装块，安装块上开有多个安装孔。
利用本实用新型操作时，先将包边条插入金属片内，两端形成弯折从上、下布条过道内穿过，而后再将管芯包裹在包边条内，整体移动包边条和管芯，使其从金属条内穿插出，将包边条开口的一端缝制，经过缝纫后包边条便将管芯缝合在包边条中，制成包管条。
