目前由于汽车的主调节器阀芯，结构比较特殊，要求加工质量较高，所以没有合适的刀具可以选用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足，设计一个加工速度快，容易掌握控制的一种加工汽车主调节器阀芯的刀具。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种加工汽车主调节器阀芯的刀具，包括刀柄和刀体，其特征在于将合金的刀体底部的水平线与刀刃的底面的夹角α制成27.5°~32.5°；刀刃的底面与刀体的垂直线之间的夹角β制成4°~6°。

实施例，参照附图，一种加工汽车主调节器阀芯的刀具，包括刀柄1和刀体2，其特征在于将合金的刀体2底部的水平线与刀刃4的底面的夹角α制成27.5°~32.5°；刀刃4的底面与刀体2的垂直线之间的夹角β制成4°~6°。刀柄1一端设有刀柄半凹槽5，刀体2和刀柄1上都设有刀体固定孔3，刀体2 和刀柄1之间用螺栓和刀体固定孔3固定在一起。刀体2是对称的，可以更换使用另一面的刀刃。本实用新型的夹角α=30°，夹角β=5°。
