背景技术：
铸件质量的好坏与砂型的型砂密实性有很大的关系，然而人工对型砂捣实不仅劳动强度大，效率低，特别型砂的密实度不均匀，导致铸件产生砂眼和气孔。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种劳动强度低，效率高和型砂的密实度均匀的一种铸件造型机。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是，一种铸件造型机，包括振动平台和砂箱，其特征在于：振动电机固定在振动平台底座上，振动平台与振动电机连接，在振动平台与振动平台底座两端之间设有弹性垫，此弹性垫可以是橡胶块或者是弹簧，砂箱置于与振动电机相对的振动平台上。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有劳动强度低，效率高和型砂的密实度均匀的优点。

结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细说明，振动电机3固定在振动平台底座1上，振动平台4与振动电机连接，在振动平台与振动平台底座两端之间设有弹性垫2，此弹性垫可以是橡胶块或者是弹簧，砂箱5置于与振动电机相对的振动平台上。
本实用新型的工作原理是，将模型放在砂箱中后，再把型砂放入砂箱内后，启动振动电机，使振动平台和砂箱进行振动，达到密实后，振动电机停止，砂型便造好了。效率高且密实度均匀。
