本实用新型涉及一种定子绕组出线装置,特别涉及一种低压大功率电机定子绕组出线装置。
背景技术
目前,低压大功率电机由于功率大,电压等级低,额定电流大,为了减小电流密度,采用多路分流出线,有4路、6路、8路等。以8极电机4路出线为例,电机定子绕组每相引出4路接线,4根输入电流,4根输出电流。三相定子绕组的引接线有24根,电缆数量多,接线复杂,与接线螺栓连接困难,还容易造成接线错相、漏相。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种低压大功率电机定子绕组出线装置,能使电机绕组连接方便,不易造成接线错相、漏相。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型由三相导电环、星形接点环、绝缘螺杆和定子铁芯组成,将定子绕组每相首端出线分别连接到三相导电环上,末端出线连接到星形接点环上,三相导电环外缠绕云母带绝缘并间隔20mm安装在绝缘螺杆上,三相导电环上钻有两个M10的螺纹孔,用于连接导电排,将定子绕组末端出线连接到星形接点环上,星形接点环安装在定子线圈的出线端部,用玻璃丝绑扎绳固定,其特征是:绝缘螺杆和定子铁芯相连,绝缘螺杆上有三相导电环,星形接点环和定子铁芯相连。三相导电环用30x12的紫铜板制造。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型所具有的优点和积极效果是:电机绕组端部整齐美观,避免电缆接线的杂乱,且所需空间小,同时对电机内部气体循环阻碍小。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压大功率电机定子绕组出线装置,其特征是:三相导电环用30x12的紫铜板制造。
