本实用新型涉及一种电源箱,尤其是一种“一机、一闸、一漏” 电源箱。
背景技术
目前,现有技术的电源箱为在总漏电保护器的输出线上并联多个闸刀开关,只能实现“一机,一闸”,漏电保护功能由配电箱内的总漏电保护器实现,存在越级跳闸扩大停电范围的缺陷。因此,设计一种“一机、一闸、一漏” 电源箱,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种“一机、一闸、一漏” 电源箱。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
电源箱,在总漏电保护器的输出线上并联有若干个分漏电保护器,在每个分漏电保护器的输出线上设有分闸刀开关,所有分漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流之和≤总漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流,在总漏电保护器的进线上设有总闸刀开关。
优选地,所述的总漏电保护器为三相四线漏电保护器。
优选地,所述的分漏电保护器为三相四线漏电保护器、三相三线漏电保护器和或单相漏电保护器。
优选地,零线采用端子排接线。
优选地,总闸刀开关和所有分闸刀开关均配置出线端子排,且电源箱内设置工作零线和保护地线母排。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于各级漏电保护器的动作电流和时间可按电源箱供电半径和负荷性质来整定,不会越级跳闸,保证了施工用电的可靠性。另外,由于零线采用端子排接线,杜绝了施工中零线误接入地排导致漏电保护器跳闸情况的发生。

如图所示,电源箱,在总漏电保护器1的输出线上并联有若干个分漏电保护器2,在每个分漏电保护器2的输出线上设有分闸刀开关3,所有分漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流之和≤总漏电保护器1的额定漏电动作电流,在总漏电保护器1的进线上设有总闸刀开关4。
所述的总漏电保护器1为三相四线漏电保护器。
所述的分漏电保护器2为三相四线漏电保护器、三相三线漏电保护器和或单相漏电保护器。
零线采用端子排接线。
总闸刀开关4和所有分闸刀开关3均配置出线端子排,且电源箱内设置工作零线和保护地线母排。

1.电源箱,其特征在于,在总漏电保护器(1)的输出线上并联有若干个分漏电保护器(2),在每个分漏电保护器(2)的输出线上设有分闸刀开关(3),所有分漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流之和≤总漏电保护器(1)的额定漏电动作电流,在总漏电保护器(1)的进线上设有总闸刀开关(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源箱,其特征在于,所述的总漏电保护器(1)为三相四线漏电保护器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源箱,其特征在于,所述的分漏电保护器(2)为三相四线漏电保护器、三相三线漏电保护器和或单相漏电保护器。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3电源箱,其特征在于,总闸刀开关(4)和所有分闸刀开关(3)均配置出线端子排,且电源箱内设置工作零线和保护地线母排。
