本实用新型涉及电力线路设备领域，特别涉及一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩。 
背景技术
在本实用新型提出之前，传统带电作业时：首先用绝缘斗臂车将作业人员安全的送至作业位置；然后作业人员手工在杆塔的横担上加装绝缘罩，以对所述横担进行绝缘遮蔽；最后作业人员才能进行带电作业。但由于同塔多回架空线路中的杆塔结构复杂，空间太小，绝缘斗臂车无法将作业人员安全的送至作业位置，所以需要改用绝缘杆操作方式进行作业，而传统结构的绝缘罩无法用绝缘杆操作，因此传统结构的绝缘罩无法使用。                       
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足，提供一种结构简单且操作方便的带电作业用双横担绝缘罩。 
为了实现以上目的，本实用新型提供的一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩，包括带支撑绝缘子卡口的绝缘盖板，所述绝缘盖板顶面设有用于绝缘杆操作的挂环。通过采用在所述绝缘盖板上加设挂环的技术方案，解决了无法用绝缘杆操作的技术问题，结构简单且使用方便。 
在上述方案中，所述挂环的数量为2，所述2个挂环分别布置所述绝缘盖板顶面两侧。 
在上述方案中，所述绝缘盖板顶面还设有加强筋。 
在上述方案中，所述加强筋布置在所述2个挂环之间。 
本实用新型提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是：一方面，通过采用在所述绝缘盖板上加设挂环的技术方案，解决了无法用绝缘杆操作的技术问题，结构简单且使用方便；另一方面，加设的加强筋提高了所述绝缘盖板的强度，以防止其变形。 
本实用新型具有结构简单，使用方便等特点。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供的一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩，包括带支撑绝缘子卡口1a的绝缘盖板1，所述绝缘盖板1顶面设有用于绝缘杆操作的挂环2。通过采用在所述绝缘盖板1上加设挂环2的技术方案，解决了无法用绝缘杆操作的技术问题，结构简单且使用方便。所述挂环2的数量为2，所述2个挂环2分别布置所述绝缘盖板1顶面两侧。所述绝缘盖板1顶面还设有加强筋3。所述加强筋3布置在所述2个挂环2之间。 
本实用新型的使用过程如下： 
首先，带电作业人员利用绝缘杆顶部金属挂钩勾住所述2个挂环2中的一个，轻轻提起，并将本绝缘罩放置在杆塔的双横担上；然后，另一作业人员也利用绝缘杆顶部金属挂钩勾住所述2个挂环2中的另一个；同时，两名作业人员一起操作调整本绝缘罩的位置，使所述支撑绝缘子卡口1a卡在所述双横担的支撑绝缘子上即可。 
本实用新型通过采用在所述绝缘盖板1上加设挂环2的技术方案，解决了无法用绝缘杆操作的技术问题，结构简单且使用方便；加设的加强筋3提高了所述绝缘盖板1的强度，以防止其变形。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩，其特征在于，所述挂环的数量为2，所述2个挂环分别布置所述绝缘盖板顶面两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩，其特征在于，所述绝缘盖板顶面还设有加强筋。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种带电作业用双横担绝缘罩，其特征在于，所述加强筋布置在所述2个挂环之间。
