在超白玻璃生产中,燃料为重油、煤焦油等。如果燃料中水分超标,会对生产造成危害。因此,燃料油进厂、储存过程中需要检查燃料油的含水量。取样时也就需要一种燃料油取样器
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种操作方便,快捷,并能准确取到各层油样的取样器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种超白玻璃生产中燃料油取样器,壳体的下端设有进出油嘴,椎头拉杆一端与吊环连接,另一端插入壳体内,椎头拉杆的椎头与进出油嘴活动连接,在壳体内,椎头拉杆的上端套有压簧,提手与壳体固定。

本实用新型的有益效果是:取料时,将本装置放于燃料油中,当到达所需要取料的油层时,将吊环拉起,使椎头拉杆的椎头与进出油嘴分离,样品进入壳体内,松开吊环,在椎头拉杆的自重和压簧的作用下,椎头拉杆的椎头与进出油嘴合并,将本装置取出即可完成取样工作。本实用新型使用方便,可以根据需要取不同层的燃料油样品。由于设置了支腿,当取最下层的样品时,保证底部的杂质不进入壳体内。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种超白玻璃生产中燃料油取样器,壳体(5)的下端设有进出油嘴(6),椎头拉杆(4)一端与吊环(1)连接,另一端插入壳体(5)内,椎头拉杆(4)的椎头与进出油嘴(6)活动连接,在壳体(5)内,椎头拉杆(4)的上端套有压簧(3),提手(2)与壳体(5)固定。壳体(5)的下端设有支腿(7)。
使用方法:取样时,拉紧提手,到达取样层时拉吊环打开进出油嘴,待油充满壳体后,放开吊环,在压簧及椎头拉杆自重的作用下封住进出油嘴。用提手提出取样器即可完成取样工作。在取最下层油样时,支腿可防止油嘴取到底部杂质。如果燃料油较多,没过本装置,可以在提手和吊环上安装绳索,通过绳索提拉吊环和提手。

1.一种超白玻璃生产中燃料油取样器,其特征在于:壳体(5)的下端设有进出油嘴(6),椎头拉杆(4)一端与吊环(1)连接,另一端插入壳体(5)内,椎头拉杆(4)的椎头与进出油嘴(6)活动连接,在壳体(5)内,椎头拉杆(4)的上端套有压簧(3),提手(2)与壳体(5)固定。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种超白玻璃生产中燃料油取样器,其特征在于:壳体(5)的下端设有支腿(7)。
