Abstract

本实用新型公开了制冷设备领域的一种单向干燥过滤器,包括端盖、筒体、进口端盖、平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧,端盖和进口端盖在筒体两端,平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧位于筒体内,筒体为耐冲击钢壳,其最大工作压力可达4.7Mpa。所述的单向干燥过滤器采用颗粒状分子筛干燥,提高干燥效率,进出口两端分别装有滤网,以增加过滤效果。本实用新型具有过滤干燥效果好、工作压力高和寿命长等优点。

单向干燥过滤器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制冷设备领域的产品,更具体地说,本实用新型为一种制冷设备中的单向干燥过滤器。 
背景技术
 在制冷设备中干燥过滤器是必不可少的部件,干燥过滤器Drier Filter主要是起到杂质过滤和除去制冷液中的水分作用。它安装在制冷系统毛细管前端的相关部件或管路上,或安装在电子膨胀阀进出端,用来收集制冷系统和润滑油中的固体杂质,除去制冷液中的水分,防止系统和毛细管以及膨胀阀堵塞,确保管路系统畅通。干燥过滤器一般要求其的吸附性好、堆积密度和静态水吸附等功能,如果干燥过滤器产生故障,就会造成冰堵等问题,使过滤器外壳由温热变冷或结霜、结露,导致向蒸发器供液不足,使制冷设备工作效率下降,影响制冷设备的正常工作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于制冷设备中的单向干燥过滤器,其具有干燥过滤效果好,寿命长的特点。 
本实用新型发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种单向干燥过滤器,包括端盖、筒体、进口端盖、 平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧,端盖和进口端盖在筒体两端,平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧位于筒体内,筒体为耐冲击钢壳,其最大工作压力可达4.7Mpa。所述的单向干燥过滤器采用颗粒状分子筛干燥,提高干燥效率,平行冲孔网用于固定滤网和干燥芯,进出口两端分别装有滤网,以增加过滤效果。 
本实用新型发明具有以下有益效果: 
1.过滤干燥效果好; 
2.工作压力高; 
3.寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型发明的内容作进一步的详细描述: 
如图所示为一种用于制冷设备中的单向干燥过滤器,它包括端盖2、筒体6、进口端盖10、平行冲孔网3、滤网4、玻璃纤维5、颗粒状分子筛7和弹簧9,筒体6为耐冲击钢壳,其最大工作压力可达4.7Mpa,用于吸附水分起干燥功能的干 燥芯由颗粒状分子筛7组成,以提高干燥效率,干燥芯位于筒体6中间位置,两端有玻璃纤维5与滤网4隔开,进出口两端分别装有滤网4以增加过滤效果,平行冲孔网3和平行冲孔网8用于固定滤网4和干燥芯,端盖2和进口端盖10在筒体6两端,平行冲孔网3、滤网4、玻璃纤维5、颗粒状分子筛7和弹簧9位于筒体6内,端盖通过螺纹与筒体6连接固定,方便拆卸维护。

1.一种单向干燥过滤器,包括端盖、筒体、进口端盖、平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧,端盖和进口端盖在筒体两端,平行冲孔网、滤网、玻璃纤维、颗粒状分子筛和弹簧位于筒体内,其特征在于:所述的单向干燥过滤器采用颗粒状分子筛干燥,进出口两端分别装有滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向干燥过滤器,其特征在于:筒体为耐冲击钢壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向干燥过滤器,其特征在于:其最大工作压力为4.7Mpa。
