本发明系一种热传导储氢瓶结构,属于一种利用金属网或金属发泡材料储存氢气的容器结构。 
背景技术
目前主要储存氢气的方式包括:气态高压储氢法、液态储氢法、储氢材料吸放氢法。气态高压储氢法与液态储氢法具有泄露及爆炸的危险,只适合定点设置使用。而利用储氢合金粉末材料储存氢气则相当于固态氢,其所需压力小、机动性好、安全性高。然而储氢材料多为粉末状,虽然具有接触面积大、吸放氢及热传导效率佳等优点,但在吸放氢时高速气流会造成储氢合金粉末材料飞扬。储氢合金粉末材料因重力沉积于储氢瓶底部会使储氢容器产生故障。储氢合金粉末材料吸放氢时会造成温度的变化使其工作产生波动。由于储氢合金粉末材料在工作时会吸放热导致结块发生,这就使储氢合金粉末材料的利用率大幅度下降。所以如何控制储氢罐的工作温度历来是个难题。 
实用新型内容
本发明系热传导储氢瓶结构,借由在金属网或金属发泡材料的空隙内附着或充填储氢合金粉末材料,以达到固定和 储存氢气之目的;由于金属网或金属发泡材料可折叠及卷绕,其充填的储氢合金粉末材料可与氢气有最大面积的接触以达到储、放氢气效率高的效果;由于金属网或金属发泡材料是优良导体,将其温度传导于外壳可有效控制温度并对维持储氢瓶稳定工作有利;由于金属网或金属发泡材料具有高空隙率且可折叠及卷绕,应用在储氢瓶时就具有体积小、重量轻、易携带的优点。综上所述,一种热传导储氢瓶结构,其特征在于,金属网或金属发泡材料板的空隙内附着或充填储氢合金粉末材料。所述的热传导储氢瓶结构,其特征在于,金属网或金属发泡材料是可折叠及卷绕的。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的热传导储氢瓶结构,其包括:外壳体;内壳体;金属网或金属发泡材料。金属网或金属发泡材料设置于内壳体内,由至少一金属网或金属发泡材料板间隔排列所构成,并与壳体形成热传导关系。储氢合金粉末材料附着或充填于金属网或金属发泡板之空隙内。借由上述的结构设计,可避免高速气流造成储氢合金粉末材料飞扬,也可避免 储氢合金粉末材料因重力沉积于储氢瓶底部造成储氢容器故障。
