背景技术
市场上的弹力织物主要是纬弹织物。但从人体力学舒适度分析,服饰面料对纵向伸缩性的要求更高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种改善面料的舒适度和弹性的真丝经弹面料。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种真丝经弹面料,其主要技术特征是经线为1/30D 低弹锦纶+20D氨纶包缠丝,纬线为3/40/44D 桑蚕丝,组织结构为平纹组织交织;
所述经线捻度为 1000T/m/1S1Z,密度为45根/cm包缠丝,纬线为捻度150T/m/S,密度为38根/cm的桑蚕丝。
本实用新型为了提升经线的强度,选用细旦锦纶/氨纶包缠丝,为了增加面料的舒适度,采用高粗条分桑蚕丝作为纬丝,采用平纹组织交织生产出来的面料更能体现出真丝绸产品的柔和、高贵,同时改善面料的舒适度和弹性。

    如图1所示,经线选用1/30D 低弹锦纶+20D氨纶包缠丝,增加经线强度、耐磨性和回弹性。纬线选用3/40/44D 桑蚕丝,增加桑蚕丝的比重和表面积。组织选用平纹,保证面料的平整性。经线捻度为 1000T/m/1S1Z,密度为45根/cm包缠丝,纬线为捻度150T/m/S,密度为38根/cm的桑蚕丝,原料克量:17m/m。
