背景技术
目前现有技术中的加硫机，一般采用蒸汽加热加硫方式对皮革行加工处理，每一台机器中都设有一个烘道。但是这种单纯的烘道设计直接将热蒸汽排放到空气中去，造成了很大的浪费，降低了机器工作效率。 
实用新型内容
为了克服背景技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种循环加硫机烘道，主要解决了现有烘道不能有效利用热蒸汽，对热蒸汽造成了很大的浪费，机器工作效率低下的问题。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种循环加硫机烘道，包括烘道，所述的烘道中设有加热器和第一循环风扇，所述的烘道外设有外壳，所述的外壳与烘道之间设有循环腔，所述的循环腔中设有第二循环风扇，所述的循环腔两端设有隔风挂帘。 
所述的烘道侧壁上设有紫外线灯管。 
所述的烘道侧壁中设有风机。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：有效地利用了热蒸汽，避免了热蒸汽的浪费，大大提高了机器工作效率。

如图1至2所示，一种循环加硫机烘道，包括烘道1，所述的烘道1中设有加热器2和第一循环风扇3，所述的烘道1外设有外壳4，所述的外壳4与烘道1之间设有循环腔5，所述的循环腔5中设有第二循环风扇6，所述的循环腔5两端设有隔风挂帘7。
所述的烘道1侧壁上设有紫外线灯管8。对蒸汽与皮革进行杀菌，防止细菌滋生，导致皮革腐烂。 
所述的烘道1侧壁中设有风机9。将循环腔5中的蒸汽吸入烘道1内。 
本实用新型具体使用如下：工作时，加热的蒸汽在第一循环风扇3、第二循环风扇6和风机9的作用下，在循环腔5与烘道腔室之间循环，隔风挂帘7有效地阻止了热蒸汽的外漏。运输线可铺设在烘道1中，将皮革运进烘道1。 
实用新型的有益效果是：有效地利用了热蒸汽，避免了热蒸汽的浪费，大大提高了机器工作效率。

1.一种循环加硫机烘道，包括烘道（1），所述的烘道（1）中设有加热器（2）和第一循环风扇（3），其特征在于:所述的烘道（1）外设有外壳（4），所述的外壳（4）与烘道（1）之间设有循环腔（5），所述的循环腔（5）中设有第二循环风扇（6），所述的循环腔（5）两端设有隔风挂帘（7）。
