背景技术
安瓿折断是医院护理工作中使用频率非常高的一个工作程序，且在安瓿折断过程中护士手被安瓿割破的情况时有发生。目前，大多采用的安瓿折断方式是手工折断，砂轮打磨等，这些方法既不安全也不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种安瓿折断收集器，方便安瓿的折断和收集。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：安瓿折断收集器，包括上口敞开的箱体，箱体的上口一侧沿上设有安瓿折断板，安瓿折断板上设有与安瓿头部尺寸匹配的卡孔，卡孔上方的安瓿折断板上设有安瓿头挡板；箱体一侧的上部设有挂钩、同侧的底部设有防止折断安瓿时箱体被撬动的固定装置。
安瓿折断板边沿处或者箱体上沿处通过螺栓设有砂轮片。
安瓿折断板倾斜设置，安瓿头挡板与设有卡孔一侧的安瓿折断板的夹角为锐角。
卡孔设置四个，卡孔上缘位于同一水平高度，且按照直径由大至小依次排列设置。
固定装置为竖挡板。
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用，可以方便快捷的打开安瓿瓶，无需用手折断的方式打开，很好的保护了工作人员的安全，而且折断的安瓿可以直接收集在箱体收集器中便于集中处理，可以有效的保护医护人员的工作环境安全。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图1、2所示，安瓿折断收集器，包括上口敞开的箱体3，箱体3的上口一侧沿上设有安瓿折断板6，安瓿折断板6上设有与安瓿头部尺寸匹配的卡孔8，卡孔8上方的安瓿折断板6上设有安瓿头挡板1；箱体3一侧的上部设有挂钩2、同侧的底部设有防止折断安瓿时箱体3被撬动的固定装置4，固定装置4为竖挡板。安瓿折断板6边沿处或者箱体3上沿处通过螺栓7设有砂轮片5。安瓿折断板6倾斜设置，安瓿头挡板1与设有卡孔8一侧的安瓿折断板6的夹角为锐角。一般医疗单位常用的安瓿有四种规格，因此卡孔8设置四个，卡孔8上缘位于同一水平高度，且按照直径由大至小依次排列设置。
设置四个卡孔8，安瓿头挡板1的宽度可以选2cm左右，通过这卡孔8和正面的安瓿头挡板1配合把安瓿折断。

1.安瓿折断收集器，其特征在于：包括上口敞开的箱体，箱体的上口一侧沿上设有安瓿折断板，安瓿折断板上设有与安瓿头部尺寸匹配的卡孔，卡孔上方的安瓿折断板上设有安瓿头挡板；箱体一侧的上部设有挂钩、同侧的底部设有防止折断安瓿时箱体被撬动的固定装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿折断收集器，其特征在于：安瓿折断板边沿处或者箱体上沿处通过螺栓设有砂轮片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的安瓿折断收集器，其特征在于：安瓿折断板倾斜设置，安瓿头挡板与设有卡孔一侧的安瓿折断板的夹角为锐角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的安瓿折断收集器，其特征在于：卡孔设置四个，卡孔上缘位于同一水平高度，且按照直径由大至小依次排列设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安瓿折断收集器，其特征在于：固定装置为竖挡板。
