本实用新型涉及一种对开关柜风机进行防护的装置。
背景技术
现有的开关柜风机安装方式，直接将风机安装在开关柜断路器室顶部，风机直接面对断路器的高压，虽然有利于设备散热，但是由于风机与断路器之间没有任何隔离措施，万一风机出线故障掉落，会直接与断路器接触引发严重事故。
发明内容
为解决现有安装技术存在的上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种新型开关柜风机防护装置，其所采取的技术方案为：该装置包括防护板和防护钢丝纱网，防护板上开有均匀排列的长条孔，防护板的左右两侧边沿为下折弯，其前后两侧边沿为上折弯，防护钢丝纱网的前后两端固定在上折弯上。
本实用新型采用网板结合的方式，既能可靠地对风机和断路器进行隔离，防止风机掉落带来的危险，又能良好地通风散热，使设备安全稳定的运行。

如图1所示，该装置包括防护板1和防护钢丝纱网2，防护板1上开有均匀排列的长条孔3，防护板1的左右两侧边沿为下折弯4，其前后两侧边沿为上折弯5，防护钢丝纱网2的前后两端固定在上折弯5上，该装置通过下折弯4固定在柜体上风机的正下方。

1.一种新型开关柜风机防护装置，包括防护板（1）和防护钢丝纱网（2），其特征在于：防护板（1）上开有均匀排列的长条孔（3），防护板（1）的左右两侧边沿为下折弯（4），其前后两侧边沿为上折弯（5），防护钢丝纱网（2）的前后两端固定在上折弯（5）上。
