目前在化工厂生产过程中，产生的有些废水中含有大量的乙酸，通常是直接排入污水管网，由污水处理场进行处理。造成了资源浪费，提高了生产成本。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种乙酸回收装置，其结构简单，可以将废水中含有大量的乙酸进行回收，节约资源，降低了成本。
本实用新型所述的乙酸回收装置，包括乙酸回收罐，其特征在于：乙酸回收罐上部侧壁上设置有物料进口，在乙酸回收罐下半部罐体上设置有蒸汽夹套，在乙酸回收罐底部通过管线连接有分水器，乙酸回收罐顶部设置有放空管线，放空管线上安装有放空阀门。
使用时，当含有大量乙酸的废水从物料进口进入后，在蒸汽夹套的蒸发作用下，将乙酸进行蒸出，并通过管线流进分水器进行储存，蒸发出的气体从放空管线排出。如果需要使用乙酸时，只需通过管线与分水器出口连接，即可。

如图1所示，乙酸回收装置，包括乙酸回收罐3，乙酸回收罐3上部侧壁上设置有物料进口4，在乙酸回收罐3下半部罐体上设置有蒸汽夹套5，在乙酸回收罐3底部通过管线连接有分水器6，乙酸回收罐3顶部设置有放空管线1，放空管线1上安装有放空阀门2。
使用时，当含有大量乙酸的废水从物料进口4进入后，在蒸汽夹套5的蒸发作用下，将乙酸进行蒸出，并通过管线流进分水器6进行储存，蒸发出的气体从放空管线1排出。如果需要使用乙酸时，只需通过管线与分水器6出口连接，即可。
