本实用新型提供一种同步带，其在结构上包括同步带主体以及无缝环形毛毡体，其中，该同步带主体具有底面以及顶面，该顶面向外凸设有若干等距离的凸肋，该无缝环形毛毡体固定连接在该同步带主体的底面上。该同步带主体的内部设置有若干钢丝。借助其独特的结构设计，本实用新型头尾两端能借助该无缝环形毛毡体进行无缝对接，从而使同步带主体绕成圆圈后没有缺口，在滚动使用时，由于本实用新型没有缺口，因此不会出现开叉的现象，从而延长同步带的使用寿命，节省成本。通过若干该钢丝增加同步带主体的抗弯、抗压强度，从而使本实用新型具有耐磨性强、韧性强的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种同步带。
背景技术
目前用于铝材生产线上使用的同步带，都是开口的，而且由于同步带大多是采用塑料材质制造而成，很容易造成磨碎，损耗大，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种耐磨性高、韧性强、损耗小、使用寿命长的同步带。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种同步带，包括同步带主体以及无缝环形毛毡体，其中，该同步带主体具有底面以及顶面，该顶面向外凸设有若干等距离的凸肋，该无缝环形毛毡体固定连接在该同步带主体的底面上。
该同步带主体的内部设置有若干钢丝。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型在结构上包括同步带主体以及毛毡体，其中，该同步带主体具有底面以及顶面，该顶面向外凸设有若干等距离的凸肋，该无缝环形毛毡体固定连接在该同步带主体的底面上。该同步带主体的内部设置有若干钢丝。借助其独特的结构设计，从而使同步带主体绕成圆圈后没有缺口，在滚动使用时，由于本实用新型没有缺口，因此不会出现开叉的现象，从而延长同步带的使用寿命，节省成本。通过若干该钢丝增加毛毡体的抗弯、抗压强度，从而使本实用新型的具有耐磨性强、韧性强的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示为本实用新型的一种较佳的具体实施例子，一种同步带，包括同步带主体10以及无缝环形毛毡体20，其中，该同步带主体10具有底面11以及顶面12，该顶面12向外凸设有若干等距离的凸肋121，该无缝环形毛毡体20固定连接在该同步带主体10的底面11上。从而使同步带主体10绕成圆圈后没有缺口，在滚动使用时，由于本实用新型没有缺口，因此不会出现开叉的现象，从而延长同步带的使用寿命，节省成本。
进一步，该同步带主体10的内部设置有若干钢丝21，通过若干该钢丝21增加同步带主体的抗弯、抗压强度，从而使本实用新型的耐磨性、韧性得到提高。

1.一种同步带，其特征在于：包括同步带主体以及无缝环形毛毡体，其中，该同步带主体具有底面以及顶面，该顶面向外凸设有若干等距离的凸肋，该无缝环形毛毡体固定连接在该同步带主体的底面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种同步带，其特征在于，该同步带主体的内部设置有若干钢丝。
