本实用新型涉及一种化工过滤装置，特别涉及一种正丁基锂生产过滤装置。
背景技术
辛伐他汀是一种广泛使用的降血脂药物，全球市场销量极大。在中间体甲基化步骤需要大量使用正丁基锂。丁基锂反应生产后会产生大量锂渣，需要将锂渣过滤除去，同时需要将锂渣循环使用，以降低成本。但常规过滤装置是在反应釜的底部安装一个管道过滤器，但这样做有安全风险，几批生产后需要清理过滤器，打开过滤器盖时经常会着火。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于实现一种安全无风险的正丁基锂生产过滤装置，使辛伐他汀中间体甲基化步骤使用的丁基锂反应生产后产生的锂渣过滤除去并重复使用。
其具体方案如下：
一种正丁基锂生产过滤装置，包括罐体、搅拌装置和出料口，所述出料口上安装了筛网，通过连接装置与罐体相连。
所述筛网网孔大小为60至100目。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于在反应釜出料口上安装了筛网，使该装置能简单分离丁基锂和锂渣，并且使分离出的锂渣无需转移，直接在反应釜中进入下次循环套用，降低了成本，也杜绝了常规过滤装置在几批生产后需要清理过滤器，容易在打开过滤器盖时发生着火的现象。

本实施例涉及的一种正丁基锂生产过滤装置（如图1 所示），其包括罐体1，罐体1上端设置有进料口2和减速机3，罐体1内设置有与减速机3相连接的搅拌轴4，罐体1内还设置有液氮盘管5，罐体1最下端设置有出料口6，出料口6上安装有筛网7，所述筛网孔大小为60目。通过采用上述技术方案，可通过筛网将丁基锂和锂渣简单分离，并且使分离出的锂渣无需转移，直接在反应釜中进入下次循环套用，降低了成本，也消除了常规过滤装置在几批生产后需要清理过滤器，容易在打开过滤器盖时发生着火的现象。
