背景技术
股骨头缺血性坏死的发病原因多种多样，比较复杂。但其公认的发病机理是股骨头血液循环障碍，供血不足，如果将扩张微循环、溶栓及活血祛瘀类药物直接送到病变处则效果要好的多。静脉滴注输送方法方便简单，但药液要经过心脏，全身循环以后才能到达病灶处，给药不直接，全身分配后药物浓度低，浓度过高会引起身体毒性反应。近几年采用血管介入的方式，将导管经股动脉迂回到病灶处，将药送入可达到给药直接，药物浓度高，效果好的目的，但却有费用高、痛苦大、风险高的弊端。股动脉的分支直接参与股骨头的供血，如果将大腿短时间捆扎后，采用股动脉滴注的方式则能避免以上两种方法的缺点发挥所有优点。但动脉压力高，静脉输液方式药液不能滴入，需要在液体瓶内进行加压才能进行。现有技术包括加压气囊、气流进出控制钮、通气软管、瓶塞穿刺针组成。但是加压空气未经处理，易造成液体污染，病人出现输液反应。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的股动脉注射加压器，以解决现有技术易造成液体污染，病人出现输液反应，不安全的问题。
