如图所示，本实用新型包括管体1和管塞2，其中，在管塞2上安装有采血管3，采血管3的末端透过管塞2直至管体1的下端，采血管3的另一端固定有采血针4，在采血针4的外表面安装有硅胶套5，硅胶套5能有效地隔绝外界的污染，在管塞2上与采血管3并列安装有活塞6。
当患者需要采血时，先将硅胶套5取下，然后将采血针4刺入患者血管内，然后用手拉动活塞6，由于活塞6的拉动，从而使管体1内造成一个负压状态，如此即可顺利将血样吸入管体1内，采血完毕后，拔出采血针4，将管体1送检即可，操作省时省力。
