背景技术
坐垫受到摩擦容易产生静电,这种静电对人体健康和化纤产品的制造与使用都带来一定负面影响。比如人们使用化纤产品时容易使人体上带上静电,这些静电在放电的过程中会刺激人的神经;在化纤产品整理的过程中产品上集聚很强的静电,给整理效果带来一定的影响。要解决静电造成的诸多问题,目前的防静电常用方法是对织物进行抗静电后整理,即使抗静电剂吸附在织物表面,其抗静电机理是由于吸湿而使静电泄露。通常抗静电剂是表面活性剂,由于和织物的结合力偏小,其耐久性较差,一般经过几次洗涤就失去抗静电作用。而且在相对湿度较低的情况下,因抗静电剂吸湿能力变低而使其抗静电性能大大下降,产品易产生静电和吸附尘埃。同时生活环境中电磁辐射无处不在,针对电磁波的危害较多,因此,研制出抗静电防电磁辐射的坐垫,有效地避免对人体健康的危害,是本领域普遍关注的问题。

导电纱线是由一定比例的不锈钢纤维或其他导电纤维与普通纤维混纺制成。导电纱能使聚积在人体上的静电很快消失。本申请采用导电纱线和相邻的经纱和/或纬纱一样独立参与编织,这样导电纱线在坐垫组织结构的内层并被锁定于其他纱线中以防止磨损和断裂。这种结构能消除绝缘防止静电的积聚。
且竹炭纤维具有良好的吸湿性,抗菌除臭性,有防静电、抗电磁辐射的功能,促进空气清新及平衡保湿,更可促进血液循环,具有自然和环保特性,适用于生产贴身和防护型纺织品,竹炭纤维的功能具有永久性。本实用新型利用竹碳纤维的优良品质,防静电、抗电磁辐射,促进空气清新及平衡保湿,适用于生产贴身和防护型纺织品,竹炭纤维的功能具有永久性,不受洗涤次数影响。
