背景技术
以前,户内高压真空断路器用绝缘筒,顶部和中部分别装有出线臂,上出线臂通过上支架与灭弧室静端固定联结,下出线臂通过下支架、软连接与真空灭弧室动端导电杆联结,绝缘筒顶部内外为四方结构,下部内外为圆周结构,绝缘筒内外均设有裙边结构,其内裙边为整圈圆周结构,上、下支架直接固定于绝缘筒内部。
现有的触臂多是采用套管包裹的形式,绝缘性能一般,可能产生局放问题,并且安装繁琐。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大大提高其绝缘性能,安装方便的固封触臂。  
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种固封触臂,包含触臂、环氧树脂外壳;所述环氧树脂外壳设置在触臂的外围,所述触臂的一端部为接触面;所述接触面上设置有通孔,所述通孔通过螺钉来固定出线端子。
优选的,所述触臂的外圆周上设置有凹槽;所述环氧树脂上与凹槽对应的部位设置有凸环,所述凸环插入凹槽中。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在:本实用新型所述的固封触臂采用环氧树脂真空浇注触臂,大大提高其绝缘性能,且安装方便。
