本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热管。它包括翅片管(2),所述翅片管(2)包括翅片(2.1)和热交换管(2.2),所述翅片(2.1)外壁沿轴向凹陷设置有两个凹槽(2.3),所述热交换管(2.2)设置在凹槽(2.3)内,所述热交换管(2.2)的外壁和凹槽(2.3)紧密贴合。本实用新型一种太阳能集热管,其热交换管大部分外壁面和翅片的凹槽紧密贴合,传热面积大,还有一部分外壁面外露在太阳能集热管的玻璃管内,可以直接吸热,增强了换热效果,因此传热效率高。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能设备,尤其涉及一种太阳能集热管。
背景技术
太阳能集热管的工作原理是太阳能透过玻璃管照射到内管外表面上的吸热膜上转换为热能,通过翅片和热交换管的导热,加热热交换管内的传热流体,因此翅片和热交换管之间的传热效率至关重要。
普通的太阳能集热管是将翅片套在热交换管外,由于翅片跟热交换管不能很好地接触,两者之间有间隙,因此接触面积小,传热效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种传热效率高的太阳能集热管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种太阳能集热管,包括翅片管,其特点是:所述翅片管包括翅片和热交换管,所述翅片外壁沿轴向凹陷设置有两个凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有热交换管,所述热交换管的外壁和凹槽紧密贴合。
本实用新型一种太阳能集热管,其热交换管为U型管。
本实用新型一种太阳能集热管,其翅片设置在热交换管的直管段上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型一种太阳能集热管,其热交换管大部分外壁面和翅片的凹槽紧密贴合,传热面积大,还有一部分外壁面外露在太阳能集热管的玻璃管内,可以直接吸热,增强了换热效果,因此传热效率高。

参见图2-3,本实用新型的翅片管2包括翅片2.1和热交换管2.2,所述翅片2.1外壁沿轴向凹陷设置有凹槽2.3,所述热交换管2.2设置在凹槽2.3内,所述热交换管2.2的外壁和凹槽2.3紧密贴合,太阳能透过玻璃管1照射到内管表面上的吸热膜上转换为热能,通过翅片2.1和热交换管2.2的导热,加热热交换管2.2内的传热流体。

1.一种太阳能集热管,包括翅片管(2),其特征在于:所述翅片管(2)包括翅片(2.1)和热交换管(2.2),所述翅片(2.1)外壁沿轴向凹陷设置有两个凹槽(2.3),所述热交换管(2.2)设置在凹槽(2.3)内,所述热交换管(2.2)的外壁和凹槽(2.3)紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能集热管,其特征在于:所述热交换管(2.2)为U型管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能集热管,其特征在于:所述翅片(2.1)设置在热交换管(2.2)的直管段上。
