Abstract

SMC预埋分体式电缆支架它是用于支撑电缆的构件。它是将一体式预埋电缆支架分为预埋和支撑两部分，预埋部分直接埋在电缆沟里，支撑部分再嵌入预埋部分从而构成电缆支架整体，这样利于电缆支架的安装，同时也利于电缆支架在断裂时进行更换。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种电缆支撑架，尤其是具有优异绝缘性能、机械性能、热稳定性能、耐化学腐蚀的SMC预埋分体式电缆支架。 
背景技术
目前，公知SMC预埋式支架都是一体式，直接把支架预埋部分埋在电缆沟里面，一般一体式电缆支架易发生断裂位置在支撑部分或预埋部分与支撑部分结合处而预埋部分一般不会断裂。所以，如果电缆支架发生断裂需要更换时，我们就很难把预埋部分从电缆沟里弄出来重新安装，这样不利于施工的方便。 
发明内容
为了克服一体式SMC预埋支架发生断裂时不易更换的缺点，本实用新型采用SMC预埋分体式电缆支架，该支架不仅安装方便，而且在电缆支架发生断裂需要更换时也非常的方便。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：把一体式电缆支架的预埋部分和支撑部分分开利用，先把预埋部分埋在电缆沟里，支撑部分直接嵌入预埋部分，这样既利于安装又利于及时更换断裂的支撑部分。 
SMC预埋分体式电缆支架，其特征是：把一体式电缆支架分为预埋和支撑两部分，顶埋部分直接埋在电缆沟里，支撑部分再嵌入预埋部分构成电缆支架整体，支撑部分的方形凸台直接嵌入预埋部分的方孔中。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，产品结构简单、安装更换断裂支架方便快捷。

具体实施方式
在图1中，SMC预埋分体式电缆支架分为预埋部分和支撑部分，支撑部分直接嵌入预埋部分形成电缆支架整体，方便安装和更换。 
在图2所示实施例中，预埋部分直接埋在电缆沟里(预埋部分不易断裂可长时间使用)，所以在支架发生断裂需要更换时直接更换支撑部分，这样利于施工的方便快捷。
