背景技术
差别化纤维----指有别于普通常规性能的化学纤维,即通过采用化学或物理等手段后,其结构、形态等特性发生改变,从而具有了某种或多种特殊功能的化学纤维;差别化纤维以改进织物服用性能为主,主要用于服装和装饰织物,采用这种纤维可以提高生产效率、缩短生产工序,且可节约能源,减少污染,增加纺织新产品。 
然而现有的差别化短纤维中并没有一定的抗静电性能,妨碍于人们对新功能短纤维的应用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种抗静电效果显著的异形差别化短纤维,可广泛应用于服装、卫材及滤材的填充物内。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:抗静电异形差别化短纤维,是由芯层、皮层及抗静电膜层组成,该皮层完全包覆芯层,皮层的外侧设有抗静电膜层。 
 所述芯层及皮层的横截面为圆型,并构成同心圆短纤维。 
本实用新型的有益效果体现在于:与现有技术相比,本实用新型短纤维具有良好的抗静电效果,是服装、卫材及滤材防电静好的填充物,成本低,制作简单,无需后台处理。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,抗静电异形差别化短纤维,是由芯层、皮层及抗静电膜层组成,该皮层完全包覆芯层,皮层的外侧设有抗静电膜层。 
 所述芯层及皮层的横截面为圆型,并构成同心圆短纤维。 
该短纤维是能过异形喷丝孔纺制的具有特殊横截面形状的化学纤维,并复合有一层抗静电膜层,使得该差别化短纤维附加有特殊的抗静电功能。 
该抗静电短纤维具有应用范围广,制作工序简单等特点。

1.抗静电异形差别化短纤维,其特征在于:是由芯层、皮层及抗静电膜层组成,该皮层完全包覆芯层,皮层的外侧设有抗静电膜层。
