技术领域
本实用新型涉及半流体混合物料挤压成型后的安置设备，具体的说是用于托放建筑型材混凝土成型产品的托架，属于建材搬运、储存设备领域。
背景技术
半流体混合物料挤压成型后的安置是现有混凝土建材生产厂家面临的共同问题，由于半流体混合物料挤压成型后需要通风等需要，所以其托放的托架必须满足通风的需求，并且需要保证使用的便捷性，另外还要满足批量产品同时移动的需要。
实用新型内容
为了满足上述要求，本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于半流体混合物料挤压成型后养护的双层养护托架。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
双层养护托架，包括上、下两层栅栏式托板，两层栅栏式托板的两侧通过卡扣式托架侧板支撑连接，每层所述栅栏式托板的四周架设在矩形固定框内，在两层栅栏式托板的两侧各设置两个支撑立脚。
在每个所述支撑立脚的侧面设有吊装定位抓钩孔。
每层所述栅栏式托板由并排设置的若干个不锈钢方管组成。
本托架是采用不锈钢和冷轧钢板制成，可以上下两层码放产品，也可以把托架（托架有定位装置，可以码放整齐漂亮）多层码放，达到节约生产场地和养护资源的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本实用新型实施例所述的双层养护托架，包括上、下两层栅栏式托板1，两层栅栏式托板1的两侧通过卡扣式托架侧板2支撑连接，每层所述栅栏式托板1的四周架设在矩形固定框3内，在两层栅栏式托板1的两侧各设置两个支撑立脚4。
在每个所述支撑立脚4的侧面设有吊装定位抓钩孔5。
每层所述栅栏式托板1由并排设置的若干个不锈钢方管组成。
本托架是采用不锈钢和冷轧钢板制成，可以上下两层码放产品，也可以把托架（托架有定位装置，可以码放整齐漂亮）多层码放，达到节约生产场地和养护资源的效果。

1.双层养护托架，其特征在于，包括上、下两层栅栏式托板，两层栅栏式托板的两侧通过卡扣式托架侧板支撑连接，每层所述栅栏式托板的四周架设在矩形固定框内，在两层栅栏式托板的两侧各设置两个支撑立脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层养护托架，其特征在于，在每个所述支撑立脚的侧面设有吊装定位抓钩孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的双层养护托架，其特征在于，每层所述栅栏式托板由并排设置的若干个不锈钢方管组成。
