本实用新型涉及一种架子,尤其是一种锥形瓶晾干架。 
背景技术
目前,人们在实验室做土壤质量分析等各种物理化学实验时,经常要用到不同大小的锥形瓶,锥形瓶清洗后,需要干燥瓶体并防止灰尘等物质落入瓶内,很多实验室目前干燥箱配置不足,一些实验员把洗后的锥形瓶倒扣在桌面上沥干瓶内水分,但是倒扣着的锥形瓶很容易被碰倒打碎,给实验过程带来很多不便,至今还未有较好的解决方法。 
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种锥形瓶晾干架,该锥形瓶晾干架结构简单,方便灵活,操作简便,使用者可以方便将洗后的锥形瓶倒扣并固定在架子上,使锥形瓶风干并可以防止灰尘等物质落入,具有较好的实用价值。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该锥形瓶晾干架,包括支撑杆、储水槽、底部板体、中部板体、顶部板体、大插孔和小插孔;所述锥形瓶晾干架有一个由上下平行设置的三块板体及连接于板体四角的支撑杆组成的架体;所述底部板体上放置有储水槽,顶部板体和中部板体上下对应设有固定锥形瓶的大插孔和小插孔;所述小插孔孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶口的直径,大插孔的孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶体的直径。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该锥形瓶晾干架结构简单,方便灵活,操作简便,使用者可以方便将洗后的锥形瓶倒扣并固定在架子上,使锥形瓶风干并可以防止灰尘等物质落入,具有较好的实用价值。

具体实施方式
在附图1中,该锥形瓶晾干架包括支撑杆1、储水槽2、底部板体3、中部板体4、顶部板体5、大插孔6和小插孔7;所述锥形瓶晾干架有一个由上下平行设置的三块板体及连接于板体四角的支撑杆1组成的架体;所述底部板体3上放置有储水槽2,顶部板体5和中部板体4上下对应设有固定锥形瓶的大插孔6和小插孔7;所述小插孔7孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶口的直径,大插孔6的孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶体的直径。 
以上所述锥形瓶瓶体的直径是指当锥形瓶倒立放在晾干架上时,锥形瓶瓶体位于顶部板体5处的直径。 
使用者将洗后的锥形瓶倒扣在架体上,并使瓶口卡入中部板体4的小插孔7内,锥形瓶内的水就可以顺势滴入储水槽2内,再将储水槽2内的水倒掉。

1.一种锥形瓶晾干架,包括支撑杆(1)、储水槽(2)、底部板体(3)、中部板体(4)、顶部板体(5)、大插孔(6)和小插孔(7);其特征是:所述锥形瓶晾干架有一个由上下平行设置的三块板体及连接于板体四角的支撑杆(1)组成的架体;所述底部板体(3)上放置有储水槽(2),顶部板体(5)和中部板体(4)上下对应设有固定锥形瓶的大插孔(6)和小插孔(7);所述小插孔(7)孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶口的直径,大插孔(6)的孔径略大于锥形瓶瓶体的直径。
