本实用新型涉及一种免缝合固定引流管，包括引流管本体，其特征在于该引流管本体管壁外侧设有若干个防脱环，且所述的引流管本体上还套置有固定敷贴。考虑到固定效果，上述防脱环轴向的厚度为0.1cm，两个防脱环之间的间距为0.3cm。本实用新型的结构简单，操作方便，使用效果好，经济耐用。置管后无需再缝合固定，防脱环增加了引流管与腹壁之间的摩擦力。引流管既不会脱出，亦不易进入腹腔。引流管外径较前略有增大，与腹壁穿刺口之间包裹紧密，不易造成引流液渗漏。拔管时无需使用手术钳剪辅助操作。临床意义：免缝固定引流管置管时省时，拔管时简单，杜绝渗漏，减少病人痛苦。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，具体涉及一种免缝合固定引流管。
背景技术
目前临床上有多种引流管，常用于盆腹腔引流的一次性引流管分为上下两段，内径不同，两段套接融合而成。接合部长约1cm，外壁光滑。使用时需要将接合部缝合固定于腹壁。此操作加大手术创伤，延长手术时间。拔管时需要手术钳剪拆线，增加了病人的痛苦。而且，若腹壁穿刺孔洞直径过大，时有引流液渗漏发生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种免缝合固定引流管，以克服现有技术的不足。
一种免缝合固定引流管，包括引流管本体，其特征在于该引流管本体管壁外侧设有若干个防脱环，且所述的引流管本体上还套置有固定敷贴。
考虑到固定效果，上述防脱环轴向的厚度为0.1cm，两个防脱环之间的间距为0.3cm。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，一种免缝合固定引流管，包括引流管本体1，其特征在于该引流管本体1管壁外侧设有若干个防脱环2，且所述的引流管本体1上还套置有固定敷贴3。
如图2所示，考虑到固定效果，上述防脱环2轴向的厚度为0.1cm，两个防脱环2之间的间距为0.3cm。
如图3所述，考虑到操作方便，上述固定敷贴3中心设有孔洞4，从而可以使固定敷贴3方便地套置在所述的引流管本体1上。
使用本实用新型时，引流管长度可设三个型号，以适应不同体重的患者，长度的不同主要在于置于腹腔内引流管部分的长度不同，术中置管时根据患者体重不同选取合适的型号，将引流管本体1穿行于腹壁内，使其中一个防脱环2卡于腹壁外以防引流管滑脱至腹腔内或者从腹腔脱落，防脱环2起到双向约束的效果，同时将固定敷贴3贴在腹壁上再次固定以进一步起到防止引流管脱出的作用。

1.一种免缝合固定引流管，包括引流管本体(1)，其特征在于该引流管本体(1)管壁外侧设有若干个防脱环(2)，且所述的引流管本体(1)上还套置有固定敷贴(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的免缝合固定引流管，其特征在于上述防脱环(2)轴向的厚度为0.1cm，两个防脱环(2)之间的间距为0.3cm。
