本实用新型涉及环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置，具体地说涉及到胶囊毛坯环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置的定时装置。
背景技术
因现有传统注射式灭菌，人工手工控制定量灭菌装置，无法能准确控制环氧乙烷注射的量，易造成微生物不合格的质量隐患与风险。。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，研制一种使用方便、安全、准确的胶囊环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置。
胶囊环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置，包括安装有高压阀2的乙烷罐1，输气管3分别连接灭菌箱5和高压阀2，输气管3道上安装有控制气体流量的定时阀4。
本新型不需用人工操作，消除因微生物不合格的质量隐患与风险。

具体实施方式
胶囊环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置，安装有高压阀2的乙烷罐1，输气管3分别连接灭菌箱5和高压阀2 ，手动打开高压阀2，在输气管3加装一只定时器及一只电磁阀，设定时间5秒钟来控制电磁阀开闭实现定量控制的目的。

1.一种胶囊环氧乙烷定量灭菌装置，包括安装有高压阀（2）的乙烷罐（1），输气管（3）分别连接灭菌箱（5）和高压阀（2），其特征在于：所述的输气管（3）道上安装有控制气体流量的定时阀（4）。
