本实用新型的目的在于：提出一种农村用的楼房热水器。
本实用新型的楼房热水器，其特征在于：由蓄水锅（1）、换热盘（2）、以循环水管（3）、（4）连接而构成，其换热盘（2）置于炉罩（7）内上端，炉罩（7）内的换热盘（2）底下设有加热火炉安放位置（10）；所述换热盘（2）有三层板式换热盘构成，板式换热盘（11）上部与循环水管（4），板式换热盘（11）与板式换热盘（12）之间设有通道（14）连接，板式换热盘（12）与板式换热盘（13）之间设有通道（15）连接，板式换热盘（13）设有接口与循环水管（3）连接；循环水管（3）上设有自来水连接口；循环水管（4）上设有楼层出水（用水）阀门（6）。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：具有结构简单，易于制造，成本低，节能效果显著、加热升温速度快，热效率高、使用方便，实用性强等优点。
