本实用新型涉及一种塑料管道,特别是一种抗划伤钢丝增强聚乙烯管。 
背景技术
目前市场上已有的钢丝网增强聚乙烯管道是在聚乙烯管道的基础上,中间设置一层钢丝网增强层,用以提高管道的环刚度和抗内压能力,但是内外层都采用普通聚乙烯树脂材料,在铺设过程中经常会受到尖锐硬物的刮擦,造成不同程度的刮伤,使用时,这些伤痕就成为管道的薄弱点,成为事故隐患。 
实用新型内容 
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种既具有聚乙烯管道的优良韧性,又具有良好的环刚度和抗内压能力,同时还具有耐刮伤的特点的聚乙烯管道。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:抗划伤钢丝增强聚乙烯管由抗划伤外层、中间增强层和聚乙烯内层组成,抗划伤外层由改性聚乙烯耐刮伤材料组成,中间增强层由钢丝网和粘接材料组成,聚乙烯内层由聚乙烯树脂组成。本实用新型的优点在管道既具有聚乙烯管道的优良韧性,又具有良好的环刚度和抗内压能力,同时还具有耐刮伤的特点,大大提高的聚乙烯管道的使用安全性。

具体实施方式
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:如图1所示,抗划伤钢丝增强聚乙烯管由抗划伤外层1、中间增强层2和聚乙烯内层3组成,抗划伤外层1由改性聚乙烯耐刮伤材料组成,中间增强层2由钢丝网和粘接材料组成,聚乙烯内层3由聚乙烯树脂组成,上述三层结构由三层共挤挤出机首先挤出聚乙烯内层3和中间增强层2的粘接材料,然后由钢丝缠绕机在粘接材料上 缠绕钢丝,最后再由三层共挤挤出机挤出抗划伤外层1,经真空定型、冷却后成为本实用新型抗划伤钢丝增强聚乙烯管。本实用新型的优点在管道既具有聚乙烯管道的优良韧性,又具有良好的环刚度和抗内压能力,同时还具有耐刮伤的特点,大大提高的聚乙烯管道的使用安全性。

1.抗划伤钢丝增强聚乙烯管,其特征是:由抗划伤外层(1)、中间增强层(2)和聚乙烯内层(3)组成。

抗划伤外层(1)由改性聚乙烯耐刮伤材料组成。
